Visiting Brisbane for a week, brought my 14yo daughter in to get her nails done as a treat. Asked for a basic manicure, and was startled to be charged $45. Turns out they've given my girl the "spa manicure". I wasn't planning to be that generous! It does look great, but I wasn't happy to be up-sold without knowing about it...

I came here one day when I was having a truly awful day. I was incredibly upset about some things... and the ladies here made me laugh, were kind and sympathetic, and also gave me an amazing service. Something I dislike in a lot of salons is the use of drills. Here, they don't, so my nails looked and felt beautiful after I left. This will be my new nail place, for sure!

Was on holiday in Brisbane in January and had my nails done here. Unfortunately the operator used one of those drill files on my old gel polish before applying a new colour. It's now May and my nails ...
Was on holiday in Brisbane in January and had my nails done here. Unfortunately the operator used one of those drill files on my old gel polish before applying a new colour. It's now May and my nails are still chipping and breaking. I've probably got 2 more months before the damaged nails have fully grown out. It really was disastrous. If you get your old gel polish removed avoid this method at all costs. The salon where I go in Melbourne presoak it, use heat and gently flip it off with an instrument. Their technique takes a lot of care.

Laleh is amazing!! She's the only one I trust to thread my eyebrows, as a makeup artist eye brows are everything!! And she's one very talented nail technician, can't forget the lovely beauty therapist...

I came here one day when I was having a truly awful day. I was incredibly upset about some things... and the ladies here made me laugh, were kind and sympathetic, and also gave me an amazing service. Something I dislike in a lot of salons is the use of drills. Here, they don't, so my nails looked and felt beautiful after I left. This will be my new nail place, for sure!
