Got a pedicure done here not even a week ago and all the nail polish is chipping off. Asked for shellac, didnt get that. My toe nails weren’t cut, instead they were filed incredibly wonky and I left the store with nail polish all around the skin of the nail. Customer service is terrible, definitely will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone.

Had a pedicure done a week ago, colour is already chipping. Upon entering store I was pointed towards their nail polishes to pick a colour, which I assumed were shelac. I was advised when they'd finished that the shelac colours were on display elsewhere in the store which is what I wanted in the first place.
When i went to pay the gentleman who served me said their eftpos machine was "broken". Why should clients need to withdraw cash and incur eftpos fees so these businesses can avoid paying taxes? I won't be returning to this store.

Paid $50 for a manicure as I was going on a cruise ship for a week, meanwhile the very next day one of my nails had popped off. Within 10 days, almost all of my nails had come off which is absolutely ridiculous considering I was on holidays taking part in 0 housework or ect. Returned back to the store to receive a refund and was laughed at whilst being told they do not give refunds however they said they would redo my nails (which I did not want at all considering they would just fall off again) - disgusting customer service and terribly bad quality nails. Do not recommend at all, Best Nails at Victoria Point is a perfect example of a company who eagerly takes your cash but doesn't have the respect to reimburse you when they are at fault. ZERO STARS!!!!!

Got a pedicure done here not even a week ago and all the nail polish is chipping off. Asked for shellac, didnt get that. My toe nails weren’t cut, instead they were filed incredibly wonky and I left the store with nail polish all around the skin of the nail. Customer service is terrible, definitely will not be returning or recommending this store to anyone.

Had a pedicure done a week ago, colour is already chipping. Upon entering store I was pointed towards their nail polishes to pick a colour, which I assumed were shelac. I was advised when they'd finished that the shelac colours were on display elsewhere in the store which is what I wanted in the first place.
