I was a regular client having my nails done every 3 weeks, I brought my aunt and mother when they visited and my daughter when she was in town I was always happy with my nails. About three visits ago I noticed a distinct change in the attitude of the girl Tina who did my nails, I asked her to be careful with my hand due to a problem with arthritis, at one stage I had to snatch my hand back and be quite firm for her to be gentle. On the next visit she said I was a half hour late but I believed that I was on time, she was standoffish all appointment and made me feel terrible and I’m sorry there was obviously a mix up I suggested that maybe she put the time on a card in future so that there was no mix up. Now today I go to make an appointment for myself and my mother to be told that I had to turn up 15minutes before the appointment or she would consider that we were not going to show up. I said if my appointment time was for 11:30am then I would be there at 11:30am if she wanted me there at 11:15 then I expected that my appointment time would be 11:15. If I could not attend then I would phone. Tina was not happy with this. Quite frankly I don’t need to be at your salon feeling bad because of your grumpy disposition. As frustrating as it is that people do not turn up for their appointments it is for you to manage their future appointments not to inconvenience other customers who are working to time schedules. Two years every 3 weeks and I recommended you to many people to be treated so rudely was the last straw and I will never be back.

The first time I went to the nail bar in Camp Hopson I was very impressed, however my 2nd visit was disappointing. The gel nail varnish lasted less than a week. Believing it may be a one off & unlucky experience, I called & made an appointment to have it repaired. However, when I arrived in store the girls were very unhelpful & very rude to my 17 year old niece. Regrettably I didn’t have the repair despite offering to pay. Very surprised & dissatisfied with their service.

The staff is not smiling, not polite, they always speak between them in Chinese.
They are 4 looking at you when you're doing youre nail.. and its really expensive. 25 dolls in melbourne 45 dolls here...

I have been using Londora in Camp Hopson Newbury since it opened. Absolutely fantastic and great value for money. Particularly with the loyalty card. Every manicure and pedicure has been fab and the staff are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I went on Friday afternoon to the recently opened Londora in Windsor (In Daniel department store) and had a very enjoyable experience. The girls there made me feel really confortable and Vanja, who did my nails just the way I like them, was extremely professional. I love the OPI products they use! It was a really relaxing experience and with no hesitation I can say that I will be back!

Londora Boutique in Camp Hopson is fantastic! Their service is wonderful they really make you feel special. Gabi has done my nails on both occasions and is extremely talented. I have never had a painted manicure last so long. Can not recommend the boutique enough.

Longest lasting gel manicure I've ever had. I work outside with animals but don't like to have hands that show this. The gel manicure I had lasted 5 weeks, the only reason I had to have it removed was the growth gap looked silly It would be great if they served Coffee & regular tea as the choice of water/ herbal tea was slightly disappointing.I would have paid for a glass of prosecco/champagne.

I was a regular client having my nails done every 3 weeks, I brought my aunt and mother when they visited and my daughter when she was in town I was always happy with my nails. About three visits ago I noticed a distinct change in the attitude of the girl Tina who did my nails, I asked her to be careful with my hand due to a problem with arthritis, at one stage I had to snatch my hand back and be quite firm for her to be gentle. On the next visit she said I was a half hour late but I believed that I was on time, she was standoffish all appointment and made me feel terrible and I’m sorry there was obviously a mix up I suggested that maybe she put the time on a card in future so that there was no mix up. Now today I go to make an appointment for myself and my mother to be told that I had to turn up 15minutes before the appointment or she would consider that we were not going to show up. I said if my appointment time was for 11:30am then I would be there at 11:30am if she wanted me there at 11:15 then I expected that my appointment time would be 11:15. If I could not attend then I would phone. Tina was not happy with this. Quite frankly I don’t need to be at your salon feeling bad because of your grumpy disposition. As frustrating as it is that people do not turn up for their appointments it is for you to manage their future appointments not to inconvenience other customers who are working to time schedules. Two years every 3 weeks and I recommended you to many people to be treated so rudely was the last straw and I will never be back.

The first time I went to the nail bar in Camp Hopson I was very impressed, however my 2nd visit was disappointing. The gel nail varnish lasted less than a week. Believing it may be a one off & unlucky experience, I called & made an appointment to have it repaired. However, when I arrived in store the girls were very unhelpful & very rude to my 17 year old niece. Regrettably I didn’t have the repair despite offering to pay. Very surprised & dissatisfied with their service.

I have been using Londora in Camp Hopson Newbury since it opened. Absolutely fantastic and great value for money. Particularly with the loyalty card. Every manicure and pedicure has been fab and the staff are lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I went on Friday afternoon to the recently opened Londora in Windsor (In Daniel department store) and had a very enjoyable experience. The girls there made me feel really confortable and Vanja, who did my nails just the way I like them, was extremely professional. I love the OPI products they use! It was a really relaxing experience and with no hesitation I can say that I will be back!

Londora Boutique in Camp Hopson is fantastic! Their service is wonderful they really make you feel special. Gabi has done my nails on both occasions and is extremely talented. I have never had a painted manicure last so long. Can not recommend the boutique enough.
