hands down the worst service I've ever had in a nail salon. I went in and someone ushered me into an empty seat without asking me what I wanted. In a few seconds, a girl came in from outside the shop and she was talking with a man in a different language. She sat down and started shaping my nails, again, not even asking what I wanted. At this point, I told her I wanted black nails with white tips. She asked me three times if I wanted it on my real nails (yes i did). So she goes back to filing my nails, still talking to this man over my shoulders. All of sudden they start yelling at each other and she keeps repeatedly slamming the nail file against the table. She looked like she was about to cry. She turned back to my nails briefly before resuming her fight with the man behind me and slamming the table with the nail file. At this point, I just got up and left. This all took place in under 10 minutes.Seriously, I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in a business before. Enter at your own risk Read Less

This was a quick and dirty mani-pedi. In and out. No finess.I absolutely hate when they run the file once over my nail, and consider it shaped. My fingernails were actually rougher when I left than when I came in, and when I asked her to redo a few, she dragged the file over again without improvement. She used a blade on my feet (not sure what the tool is called), but I think that is plain lazy. I prefer it if no one 'shaves' my skin. Period. I take really good care of my feet, and it had only been about 6 weeks since my last pedi, so methinks it was unnecessary, and it only causes the skin on my feet to thicken. The polish job was really well done, but regardless, the mani only lasted about 24 hours. Pedi is still going strong two weeks later though. Read Less
