i got a full set of acrylics with my friends. very little amount of staff, and busy. waited 15 minutes and when choosing a colour we were all told to hurry up. my friends finger started bleeding as the lady drilled her cuticle. all of our nails werenβt painted properly. wasnβt the correct shape. rushed. and i will never be coming back again!!

Bad service, my nails were all chunky and uneven, she got the wrong colour and when I questioned her she told me I'd have to charge extra to have it taken off, terrible customer service - extremely rude, wouldn't talk to me to answer my questions about what she's could do, grunts as answers, talking to the other ladies behind your back. Told me she could do something and turned around and said she couldn't. Also (and this isn't me being petty or rude) but the lady serving me smelt strongly off piss - like a urinal. It was gross.

It's been a while since I have gotten my nails done without it feeling like a chore, I was a long time customer of a place near here until their service started to slip, so I decided to give this place a try, glad I did! I think I have found my new nail tech! The girls are lovely and do great work, they are quick without substituting quality and their colour selection definitely has something for everyone! You will definitely leave this place in a better mood than you arrived in! Prices are also very reasonable! π πΌ

It's been a while since I have gotten my nails done without it feeling like a chore, I was a long time customer of a place near here until their service started to slip, so I decided to give this place a try, glad I did! I think I have found my new nail tech! The girls are lovely and do great work, they are quick without substituting quality and their colour selection definitely has something for everyone! Very rushed and very poor quality. Drilled into my cuticle twice in one session (causing bleeding) and didn't smooth the edges of the nails properly. I would give this place a miss.

Definitely the best place i have had my nails done. All the staff are friendly and way quicker at infills than other places - generally $30 for re-fill and $40 for pedicure i think is really reasonable and cheaper than most other places.

Could've done a better pedicure myself. Nails aren't even fully painted. Have had manicures here in the past though which have been good. I guess it just depends on who does it.

I've been here 3 times and every time the nails have been lopsided, very uneven lengths, and not well painted. It's also more expensive than other places that do a much better job with much nicer serv...
I've been here 3 times and every time the nails have been lopsided, very uneven lengths, and not well painted. It's also more expensive than other places that do a much better job with much nicer service. I have never had such an upsetting time at a nail salon, normally i have a great time - but this was horrible.

Excellent service, very accommodating for short notice bookings, quick but good result with nail work. Most of the practitioners are Vietnamese and while some are quite friendly, some are not very talkative (even coming across as slightly abrupt at times), but all do a great job with the nails. Clean, light open fit out and hygienic practices mean none of the chemical smell you get in more "traditional" nail salons. Massage chairs while your feet are soaking for pedi is a nice extra touch. Prices are very affordable given the service. Great place to go with a friend or group (though bay need to prebook larger groups) as they have several pedi and Mani stations.

Bad service, my nails were all chunky and uneven, she got the wrong colour and when I questioned her she told me I'd have to charge extra to have it taken off, terrible customer service - extremely rude, wouldn't talk to me to answer my questions about what she's could do, grunts as answers, talking to the other ladies behind your back. I've been here 3 times and every time the nails have been lopsided, very uneven lengths, and not well painted. It's also more expensive than other places that do a much better job with much nicer service. I have never had such an upsetting time at a nail salon, normally i have a great time - but this was horrible.
