Absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The man who did my pedicure paid little to no attention to detail at all. He barely scrubbed my feet and didn’t even given then a massage. The job was incredibly rushed, poorly done and he cared more about cleaning the spa then he did my treatment. Furthermore, once arriving home I discovered that simply touching the polish and applying a little pressure caused the whole thing to pull away - either they had sent me home too early or had put on too many layers or the nail polish itself was crappy quality. Overall, I am very unhappy with the customer service and pedicure treatment. I will not be going back& advise others to go to the other nail salon in the Taigum Square shopping centre. Read Less

Nail result was beautiful. I didn't feel I'd been heard for my request. Staff seemed a little rushed. $50 for SNS powder nails (no manicure). A wedding, I'm the aunt. I wanted nice nails - my first ever professional nail manicure and I was excited. My nails are poor to begin with - peeling, splitting and allergic to the glue of vinyl nail covers. I wanted a low cost nice finish. Asked if they gave a discount for pensioners, but no. Ok. My sister sitting beside me got what she wanted, her nails are long and clean, lovely french tips with a natural nail bed. I said that I didn't want my nails to be "ground down", I didn't want acrylic nails, and I didn't want anything with UV light. I was convinced to get false tips because I wanted a sparkly coloured nail. The lady begins to clip my nail but the nails are so short that the nail bed is attached and she almost clipped my finger tip! So she forsook that action. Next there is a grinding dremel-like machine being used on the surface of my nail "to rough it for the nail to affix". Nail tips applied - super glue used. Next is clear lacquer, then powder dip - this done 3 times for each finger. Finally a clear varnish on the top. The result was beautiful. I loved those nails for 3 wks + 1 day. Upon removal of the "gel" using a "gel remover" the false nails are still on my fingers, but they look really ugly, and the surface is very rough. I could only stand it for a day. I bought a french nail polish kit. Applied as per instructions, but as a home done job the nails look really bad. I'm having to book into another salon to get my nails cleaned up to a reasonable appearance. I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad about the nails I got. $50 for the nails works out to about 23c per finger per day (22 days they lasted). I'm really unhappy about how my nails are now. Read into this what you will. I was convinced to pay more than I intended for nails that I didn't want and an end result despite being very beautiful and lasting a long time, it has left my hands looking sad and untidy! Read Less
