So disappointed with the service and length of my nails. She was really rough with my hands, pushing them around instead of gently moving them to where she wanted my hands to be. She put a nail on crooked and I told her that it was really crooked and she said "I do what I do" basically telling me that I had no say. The gentleman that worked on the front desk said something to her (non english), she argued with him for a bit and next min, she is abruptly removing the crooked nail. In the end, the nails were only 3mm long.. not what I wanted at all but I dared not say anything in case she bit my head off. Will never go back there, nor would I recommend them. The gentleman was lovely, just not the nail technician.

Best nail salon on the Gold Coast, service is amazing and the staff are incredible. No matter what you ask for they will give you EXACTLY what you wanted! 10/10 service for me!!! Very affordable price...

Only thing going for them is staff were very polite, the reason why I didn't give them 1 star! Sorry but this place needs massive improvement

Appalling. French tip with disgusting and rushed. I went back twice. Ended up going 3 doors up to get them to redo it completely! I don't even want to give them this 1 star.

Literally the worst sns I've ever had. Although the women were lovely, they did not do a good job at my nails. They left like 3 tips on my nails from the last time I got my nails done. Sns is soft and are very poorly done. 2 days after getting them done, they've broken. $50 not well spent.

First and last time. Never had such ugly nails done by a so called professional. My acrylics look fat and thick and it’s still painful from it digging into the side of my fingers. The shellac colour I chose was the wrong one applied seriously. And last but not least 3 hours plus waiting time to get a simple acrylic. Understaffed, unhygienic, unprofessional, rushing from side to side.

They were so rude. Couldnt fit me in to fix one nail after trying twice to get in. When I asked if I can make an appointment they said no. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went to Jade Nails ...
They were so rude. Couldnt fit me in to fix one nail after trying twice to get in. When I asked if I can make an appointment they said no. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went to Jade Nails a few shops down and they fixed my nail in 10 mins.
After reading all the bad reviews and 1 star ratings I'm glad they wouldn't do my nail.
I can understand they don't rely on repeat business as they get alot of tourists coming in. But it doesn't hurt to show common courtesy when running a business.

I got my nails done here on Sunday night, the lady was welcoming and made conversation, didn’t speak much English unfortunately. My nails look great and she was very quick, probably wouldn’t visit again I would try one of the other 2 nail places to see which one I perfered. If you dont like getting your nails done quick this place wouldn’t be for you

I went when it was quiet, they took the time & effort to make my toes look extra pretty. I went for a spa pedicure, the seats are deteriorating but still the staff took the time to hand buff my toes, calf massage, base coat & try to get them to dry fast. Even made light conversation. Id go back again & again just to feel like a princess

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in asking for ombré nails. Cut up the skin around my nails and when I didn't like the way she did it, tried to convince me that "it won't look like the pictures on Instagram". Not only do I find this rude, but also really degrading. Then still had to pay $50 when it was clear I didn't like it.
I went to another salon today and she did the ombré acrylic perfectly.

Awful.. I have given this business 3 chances and that's enough. There is one lady who takes the time to talk to you but the rest are rude, pushy and rushed. I have nail polish all over my fingers and a manicure consists of your cuticles being trimmed. Worst way to spend $50!

This is by far the worst nail Salon I have ever been too! The lady rushed my nails and did not make me feel relaxed at all! She was very rough with my hands and feet and my pedicure in total went for 10 mins. I'm on holidays wanting to relax and I couldn't of felt more rushed. She only painted half my nails leaving off the edges and didn't clean the cuticles. If there was a 0 star I would give it that.

So disappointed with the service and length of my nails. She was really rough with my hands, pushing them around instead of gently moving them to where she wanted my hands to be. She put a nail on crooked and I told her that it was really crooked and she said "I do what I do" basically telling me that I had no say. The gentleman that worked on the front desk said something to her (non english), she argued with him for a bit and next min, she is abruptly removing the crooked nail. In the end, the nails were only 3mm long.. not what I wanted at all but I dared not say anything in case she bit my head off. Will never go back there, nor would I recommend them. The gentleman was lovely, just not the nail technician.

My nails look great and she was very quick, probably wouldn’t visit again I would try one of the other 2 nail places to see which one I perfered. If you dont like getting your nails done quick this place wouldn’t be for you

This is by far the worst nail Salon I have ever been too! The lady rushed my nails and did not make me feel relaxed at all! She was very rough with my hands and feet and my pedicure in total went for 10 mins. I'm on holidays wanting to relax and I couldn't of felt more rushed. She only painted half my nails leaving off the edges and didn't clean the cuticles. If there was a 0 star I would give it that.
