I had a manicure and pedicure there on 28th March. Within 2 weeks all the nails had broken and split on my right hand and 3 on my left hand . I have been back twice to complain as I had to go the Dr t...
I had a manicure and pedicure there on 28th March. Within 2 weeks all the nails had broken and split on my right hand and 3 on my left hand . I have been back twice to complain as I had to go the Dr to get antibiotics as has a severe nail infections.absolutely no interest has been shown to date even tho the girls said the owner would call me. It was very expensive and I would warn you to be very careful.

Had my nails refilled-excellent job. I am very fussy so took my time checking out nail salons and was very happy with this one & Christy. Lovely lady very skilled, very experienced and fast nail technician. Don't bother going anywhere as she is perfection. Would highly recommend her services. Great prices too.

I went there to get a set of nails ( shellac) and a pedicure(shellac), it was my first time and paid $110.00. The price is disgusting. Is this normal in these times? There are a lot of places to go in...
I went there to get a set of nails ( shellac) and a pedicure(shellac), it was my first time and paid $110.00. The price is disgusting. Is this normal in these times? There are a lot of places to go in Surfers and to charge that price! Sad news is I live in Surfers and will not be going back.

Only downfall was when I walked in it was empty and the girl was out the back in clear view on her phone! After yelling “hello?!” 3 times and being completely ignored another lovely lady came out and did my nails like a champ!

First time getting acrylics done, overall good experience. Beautiful shop with many spaces available. Nice colour selection. Staff not really friendly. But work fast and professionally

I'm always a little nervous going to have my nails done but I didn't need to be visiting Palm Nail and Spa. The lovely ladies were very accommodating when my daughter and I arrived without an appointment. We had a short wait before relaxing for a manicure for myself and gorgeous acrylic nails for my daughter. Overall it is a very clean bright nail spa, staff were very friendly and we left very happy with our pretty nails. Look forward to returning.

I have a highest praise for Kenn , owner of Palm Nails and spa, at Surfers Paradise . I had my fair share of fast " Slam bam thank you mam " treatments in NSW and QLD, , after closing down of Queens , but after visiting the Palm Nails and Spa, and telling Kenn about the problems I have with my left and right toe due to heading down the path of grown in nail, he came across very knowledgeable , and thanks to his caring, profesionalisam , and Knowledge, my toe nails were perfectly done, so I can without pain do my long walks. My manicure and pedicure was also one of the best in a long time. Highly recommend this place.

The lovely ladies were very accommodating when my daughter and I arrived without an appointment. We had a short wait before relaxing for a manicure for myself and gorgeous acrylic nails for my daughter.
