I'm glad to see new owners who care.. The girls are experienced and careful to make the job look how you want it too, they listen.. I wish had read the reviews before I went today!!! OMG WORST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO. If you actually want your nails to look good, do not waste your hard earned money here. They took SO LONG we ended up having to leave before she’d completely finished, and besides the fact they weren’t getting any better... they are so thick and ugly, and my nails are really sore. The lady who did my nails even got my nail glued to her finger!!! She was super clumsy and bad. The lady next to me had her nail person disappear on her, mid nails, never to be seen again! Lol. I chose 2 different colours they ended up not having. I promise you unless something drastically changes (like they get skills, get stock, stick to their quoted prices, and get organised) DO NOT GO. I had SNS done in Sydney before i went to the Gold Coast and i decided to get them removed and redone after they cracked within 3 days of having them. The owner was very friendly (happy to have a little chat) and very careful when shaving off the top of my nail by asking if it was getting hot. I then had another women wrap the foil around my nails and then the owners son reapplied the SNS very carefully. I am super happy with my nails. Absolutely terrible experience! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I went in and the owner said she had time but brought out her young son who ended up doing my shellac. He practically shaved off the prior shellac, which was very painful. He also had numerous cuts on his fingers and dirty finger nails. I then had to ASK HIM to wear gloves. Absolutely disgusting!!! Went in for Gel infill and shellac. One of my nails was pretty broken. The lady who did my nails did such a great job. I was pleasantly surprised. and the price was so reasonable compared with other places. probably the best thing though is that they stay open until 9 every night so could go easily after work without the rush. had the worst pedicure today. A young girl did it and yapped the whole time to another lady in their language loudly which nearly drove me crazy as I had gone there to relax. The pedicure itself was bad, she hardly touched me and then emptied the water to proceed with the polish. I could hardly believe the time spent. In my experience the guys that work there are the best, dont bother with the ladies. Im local and wont bother again unless I can find out who the owner is and let them know. Read Less

Staff are all friendly and professional! I was on holidays from Sydney and a young man did my Pedicure and i have to say it was the best Pedicure i have had in my life!! Next time im back in Surfer's i will be back here... Highly recommended.!!!! Read Less

This is without a doubt THE WORST PLACE I've ever had acrylic nails done. I first went in for infills which took nothing short of 10 years for them to do. Besides the fact the shellac would not dry (I guess due to poor quality products) and I had to spend additional time in there drying to dry my nails and the staff took absolutely no care in my nails. With 2 + people working on my nails, you'd think they would be able to get such a simple job done a little quicker than they did. But no, and excess amounts of time passed as I had to get them to fix up what they had done the first time as the end result was appalling. Then only one day had passed and cracks start to appear all through out the shellac. To say I'm unimpressed is an understatement considering the time and money I had spent to have my nails done. I then went in for a refund only to be confronted by the manager who's attitude is utterly disgusting and clearly has zero concept of customer service as he was beyond rude. My advice would be to firstly learn how to do nails with some actual skill and then learn some customer service. I won't be back.Read Less
