I have been trying to get apportionment for well over 2 months from shania ! I have messaged her multiple times and she will tell me she can do my hair and then never once text me back. So I called and made a appointment my self then she seen I made my own appointment and decided to finally text me back and tells me she can't do my hair unless I do highlights because she has to many appointment that day . So I agreed to only get highlights because my fiancé fathers funeral is this weekend and I told her I really need my hair done which is why I schedule the appointment myself so she said okay she can do it be there at 1:30 ! So the very next day she tells me she can't do my hair again because she has emergency! This place has the worse customer service ever!! I wanted to leave after they took my sns off but my loving grandmother was giving their abruptness, physically rough and aggressive handling and arrogant refusal to even try to communicate or listen to what service we were asking and paying for.. a chance of just cultural difference. I went in on Friday and no one spoke to me, legs and feet were not massaged and I now have an infected toe. I got French tips on my finger nails and she cut me with the nail file and then got glue in it. I went down there this morning to complain and show them but they were not interested and would not give me even a partial refund. Would not waste my time or money going back!!!! Read Less

HORRIBLE. Got my nails done here and three days later the colour was coming off the nails!! And my nails only JUST lasted a week before they started falling off! They took so long and I had to hold my nails in front of two mini fans and wait for my nails to dry, which took 15-20 minutes! No uv lights seen anywhere. Also never spoke to me, only did to decide the shape and colour of the nails. They did not show me where the basin was to wash my hands so walked around hopelessly. Also the lady doing my nails continuesly got up and left me to answer the phone whilst there was another lady who was sitting on her mobile not bothering to answer the phone for anyone. Went in for infills, she did the filing to prepare then another staff member spoke to her in their language, she stood up and walked into another room for a couple of minutes then came out and sat down in front of another client and proceeded to do a pedicure on her. No word was spoken to me, just left as if I had suddenly turned invisible. With no product on my nails I got sick of waiting and walked out. Totally ignored! Never going there again. Read Less

Very disappointed. Left the salon with very dry feet; after much soaking and scrubbing no moisturiser was applied. My nails were left quite long with only a couple of strokes of the emery board applied. The colour started to flake after five days which I wouldn't expect. The pedicurist chatted and giggled with her colleagues in their native tongue which was very disconcerting. The massage chair turned itself off early in the session; I asked her to turn it back on, she nodded and smiled but didn't do it, probably due to the language barrier.
