This is the second time I’ve attended Magic Nails. I was disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work, both times. There were 3 staff working and only 3 customers in store, when I attended and asked for a spa pedicure. I was asked to come back in 15mins, which I did. I then waited 25mins in one of the pedicure chairs, before I was finally acknowledged and a foot bath was started for me. A young lady came over 15mins later and asked me what I wanted. I told her that I’m 39 weeks pregnant and was mainly after the foot rub and the dead skin removal, as well as a normal polish. The whole pedicure was extremely unpleasant. Usually when I have Shellac removed, they soak my nails first. She didn’t do this, instead took to my nails with nail files and sanders, leaving little cuts in the skin around each nail. She didn’t cut my nails short like I had asked, didn’t remove the skin and I didn’t get a foot rub at all. She then left me there without advising how long I’d need to wait for the polish to dry. I ended up taking the foam holders off myself after 15mins. Another lovely lady come over to help me down off the chair and I told her I was unhappy with a number of my nails. There were sharp and uneven bits on about 6 of my nails, polish on my skin and areas that hadn’t been polished at all! She fixed up for me, but proceeded to have a conversation with the younger worker, right in front of me. A number of people entered the store throughout the 1.5hrs I was there and the staff were so ignorant and downright rude. I understand they were probably short staffed, however it was the same situation last time I was there. Two people actually left, when they realised they weren’t going to be acknowledged. I’ve never had a pedicure take 1hr and 15mins - I didn’t even get Shellac done! 55mins of that was purely waiting to be helped. Very disappointing and I won’t be back. Read Less

This is the worst place i have ever been to i told them i wanted my nails long and square shaped repeatedly and i walked out with short nails and not sure what the shape was but it wasnt square. I would not recommend this place at all i am so upset at how they just trashed my nails and didnt even try to fix it Read Less

Glad to find a nail salon close to home where they gave me a full relaxing pedicure without forgetting a step & looking pretty after not being rushed out :) was cheaper then I expected so super happy! :) Read Less
