Honestly this place was not as bad as some of the reviews said (in my experience) the lady who did my nails was kind and did a decent job although my nails where not too even she did not cut or hurt me. the Main issue I had was that it was very full and everyone was constantly running about, it was so full that I had to wait for my toenails to dry in a corner of the shop. Everyone posting for an above stars obviously had a different experience than I did. (1) When I walked in nobody said hello. It took them a while and a woman said something, then a man cleaning his station asked me what I wanted. I really should have left then but I really wanted a mani. (2) I asked to get a half moon shape painted on my nails (I had to show them a picture) and so then they had me move to another person. (3) She has me stick my hand in a sandwich bag with lot...ion in it. Again, I should have left... (4) Then they put a little lotion on my hands and rubbed my hands for about 30 seconds—no massage. (5)She used a French manicure sticker which does not make the shape of the half moon on your nail bed so it looks like half of the nail is painted the contrasting color.
