So disappointed with the service I got here!
I have been a very loyal customer to the “best nail bar”
Saturday I went in to get my nails done and a pedicure,
Got home to realise my nails where all different shapes and lengths !
The gel was uneven! All around the sides of my nail was not painted properly!
I got tape on my ring finger and they put a hard coat over the top the tape is now peeling through the hard coat
I spent $90 !
I have tried to reason with the best nail bar have sent messages but “ they don’t believe me “
They won’t even reply to any of my messages !
Would not recommend this nail bar to anyone horrible service
Magic nail on scarbourgh in Southport is the best place recommend everyone to go there instead !

This place is not glamorous but I got everything I wanted & needed for much less than I usually pay elsewhere. The young lady was courteous, friendly & efficient but didn’t chat so I was able to relax...
This place is not glamorous but I got everything I wanted & needed for much less than I usually pay elsewhere. The young lady was courteous, friendly & efficient but didn’t chat so I was able to relax. I’ll definitely go back.

My sister went there to get her nails done and they did a horrible job, when she asked for some type of refund the male employee raised his voice and got really angry and refused a refund

Extremely cold hearted staff, no talking to anyone, doing their job heartless and stressed. My nails job was horrible , very incompetent, nails were not well shaped , ...

Extremely cold hearted staff, no talking to anyone, doing their job heartless and stressed. My nails job was horrible , very incompetent, nails were not well shaped , different lengths , nail polish not putting properly on the edge of the nail , the gel was uneven..,., there's so many others better nails shop around with same prices and professional services!!!!
I went back to ask them if they could fix it, they raised their voice and snapped at me , telling me to show them how to do it! Very u understanding and hateful staff.

Best Nail Bar is the only place i will ever go to get my nails done. My nails turn out perfect every time with length, shape and colour. Can show them a photo and they will try their best to do something similar to the photo. The pricing for the nails is also affordable

I get my nails done here every 3-4 weeks and have for the past 2 years! Every single time i walk out happy with gorgeous nails! I love this place, nail day is always my favourite day!

I took my 13 yo daughter here to have her first set of nails. Very unprofessional. Woman doing her nails also had had her 3 year old son to look after whilst she was trying to work, she was also talking on her phone hands free in another language. The other woman working there botched the first set of nails then had to be replaced. Bad experience.

I have been a very loyal customer to the “best nail bar”
Saturday I went in to get my nails done and a pedicure,
Got home to realise my nails where all different shapes and lengths !
The gel was uneven! All around the sides of my nail was not painted properly!

The other woman working there botched the first set of nails then had to be replaced. Bad experience.
