Should have read the reviews before coming here, truly awful service. They would talk to each other in their own language and then peer over at you and laugh. It’s a pretty humiliating experience to say the least. The work itself that I received was ok, pretty quick. I got a pedicure, some massage chairs work and some don’t. Mine didn’t. I tried to talk to her and she looked at me and smiled and then spoke to her friend again and laughed. I assumed she may not have spoken english but nope, she did! My mother was getting a manicure done at the same time, she was shocked at how rude the older lady was. Abrupt and rude, they came across angry that we were even there. I regret going here and will definitely not be returning. Oh and just the cherry on top, 3 customers complained while we were in there, all the staff stared at each customer and offered no help. They were dismissed, one customer even said I won’t be coming back and she was laughed at also. It’s pretty shocking service overall, like I said, I should have read the reviews! Read Less

I was charged more than what the pamphlet listed for a manicure and nail art. The filing was rough, I fixed it myself when I got home. I went back to get my nails art fixed because 0 effort was placed into it and looked terrible. Some of my nails are also bubbly. Read Less

Excellent. Service is much of a muchness between all the salons in the Hypedorme but I get SNS with tips and they are by far the best at doing them. The finish is smooth, even and look natural (ie not fat ). Read Less

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and tonight was the worst experience - firstly I was lectured about my nails then during the filing I was cut by the grinder 3 times at which I winced in pain - the nail tech laughter she then over filled my nails then attempted to back file them which caused her to file my skin again causing me to wince to which I received a laugh, the adhesive liquid was wiped onto my skin to which I automatically reacted and the colour was wrong - The ATM was then out again which seems to always be the case all in all a horrible Experience so disappointed because usually friendly great quality but tonight a total let down. Never do reviews on businesses but felt like I need to. Was very disappointed in the pedicure and manicure I had done with my friend yesterday , shit customer service!! Rude can't even give you a damn smile or a hello shit job walked out feeling like I could of done a better job my self! And kept talking in there own language which is incredibly rude. I had a pedicure this morning , worse pedicure I have ever had! I still have dry skin around my toes and they haven't been painted to the nail bed. It was quick and the worst $40 I have ever spent. This will barely last me two weeks! Read Less

Had my nails done on Thursday which was a refill, they turned out alright, except the lady who was using the buffing tool on my nail, kept nicking my skin around the nail which pinched, then one of the nails looked funny, so I told her about it, and she said she'd fix it, which she didn't really, cause if you look at the back it still looks funny, and then when she put the nail polish on it really stung which it shouldn't, don't think I'll be going back there again...... I am someone who gets my nails done regularly. I was visiting Logan and needed a pedi so tried this place. I knew as soon as I sat down it was a mistake and I was too nice to stand up and leave. It is dirty, they didn't change the towel from previous customers, they rushed through my pedicure and when I requested that they file my nails they touched each toe nail with the file and that was it. I asked them again and she filed one toe and finished in a rush to get me done. The end result looks very average and the service and experience was not great. They glad wrapped my legs which made me uncomfortable and they couldn't tell me why they were doing it. I was very unhappy. No staff member wears a name badge so I couldn't tell you who served me. I took two family members here for the first time today as a little beauty treat. We all left very unhappy with the service. I had a pedi and Mani both gel, during the pedi I was cut twice, the first time I was bleeding so bad and the lady tried to cover it with scented moisturiser which obviously stung as it isn't meant to be applied to an open wound. She then cut me again on my other foot and offered no apology whatsoever. The finish was rushed, uneven and bubbly. I asked the girl who did my mani to redo one nail as it was very bubbly underneath, she insisted that it was fine when it obviously was a very rushed job. I left with uneven nails, bubbling under the gel, wonky French tips and gel on the skin around my nail. I often go get mani and pedi's done and have never had such a terrible finish before. I received a $5 discount for being cut twice (still cost $85) and now have two very sore and swallowen toes that could very possibly get infected. 1 star is generous. I was served by an extremely rude staff member. The lady I had was very rough, dismissive and condescending. She cut my nails way too quickly and short, they weren't all the same shapes or sizes, and she filed them so roughly and painfully. My input was treated as annoying and I didn't feel I could ask any questions or state any preferences. I chose a very light grey colour and she started applying. I had never had shellac done before so I didn't know how the layers worked, the colour appeared much too pink as she progressed. When I asked her about it she accused me angrily saying she had asked me at the beginning if I was happy with the colour, which she had not, and that this was the final colour. This was the first proper conversation we had had the entire time. The rest of the time she was on her phone or speaking in a different language to other staff or walking away repeatedly. She hardly kept an eye on the uv lamp or when I needed to take my hands out. All the times were irregular. And when it came to my Pedi, she kept tapping my feet very roughly when it was time to swap over. I felt extremely embarrassed to be there, she clearly did not want to serve me and by the end of it I was almost in tears. It was a terrible introduction to salon manicures :( One of the other staff members must have said something to her quietly because the other people in the salon were looking very uncomfortable at her behaviour. She offered to do a different colour on top and $5 off. I told her I'd just leave it as is, thanked her and left. I know everyone has bad days occasionally but I would not recommend the place to anyone if this is the sort of treatment a polite customer receives. There was no excuse for her behaviour. Read Less

I'd firstly like to say I am not a complainer and I am a reasonable person. I am Utterly disgusted with Rainbow Nails at the Hyperdom. I asked for my acrylics nails to be removed and shellac to be put on top of my natural nails as my natural nails had grown long enough underneath. The lady was extremely rude. She proceeded to aggressively ripe off my acrylics nails with no hesitation, (no soaking, no prep at all) which I identified immediately that it was very painful (whic...h I wouldn't usually so unless it was really bad) I have never had acrylics removed in that way before. During the ripping process she tore so many layers of nail of that one nail was down to the blood layer and she ripped an entire nail to the bed off with the acrylic attached. The process hurt so much my hands where shaking. Even though I expressed that it was hurting she continued to ignore me and speak in her native language to the other lady in the shop. She was barely even looking at my hands when she was talking. Seeing as two of my original nails where now ruined there didn't seem any point getting the Shellac as the whole purpose was that my real nails where growing long underneath. I told the lady I wanted to stop as it now seemed pointless so she stood up and told me I needed to pay $20 to painfully mutilate my nails for no reason at all. I paid it as I honestly just wanted to get as far away from that experience as I could....I will never go there again and I strongly recommend no one ever go there and experience their disgusting lack of service, unnecessarily painful and incorrect procedure of removal. I just had my nails done here refill n paint when i walked in I asked for number 39 colour which is a gel colour everyone knows u get gel the young girl told me no no normal is better so I think two coats of paint then the clear gel well no she pulls out top coat n when I tell her I want gel she she said o I did tell u well no u didn't ,even the owner new I wasn't happy n said next time we'll there's no next time n this is not the first time I've been here n today was different really bad service really bad paint job no customer satisfaction whAt so ever n now will cost me more to have fixed tomorrow absolutely disgusted n very unhappy n will make sure I tell everyone I no not to use ur business #dodgeynailbar this is what I'm left with Read Less

I'm studying beauty therapy atm and I have just finished my gel nails module so I know that this so wrong! The other day I had to use you're disgusting salon The table they had me sitting at was putrid the nail file looked like it had never ever been cleaned which is disgusting that's how you cross contaminate and spread bacteria! the table was filthy I was mortified the products they used were in containers with no labels my nails turned out horrid students in my class can do a better job I'm never going here ever again!
