Worst Customer Service ever!! The ladies that were working there were very RUDE! I had asked for a simple pedicure; white coloured toenails with simple flower design on both my big toes. The lady did the total opposite! I then, as politely as possible, asked if she could change the design and she said "Ok". I then chose another SIMPLE design which looked much better. When she was finished she literally just stood up and walked off, not saying a thing. I mean, I understand that she might have been a little ticked off; but seriously, if you are going to run a business that is solely based on treating customers and making sure that they are satisfied, then you have step up. One of the other employers came up to look at the design and started laughing, just because of how simple the design was. She also went to other employers, still laughing, and started talking in (I believe it's Thai, but I'm not entirely sure), and they all started to laugh. This made me feel very very uncomfortable. I dropped in without an appointment at 3:35 today being a Sunday they close at 4. To my surprise I was sent to a chair and had my nails attended to within 5 minutes. My nails look amazing. Thank you Professional nails. Read Less

Not happy at all. I was booked in for a spa pedicure, which I needed badly (I had quite a bit of rough dead skin that needed to be removed and smoothed). The young girl who gave me the treatment was (A) not friendly AT ALL (B) barely responded to anything I said to her (C) was not going to use the razor skin remover (just gave my feet a quick scrub then began to apply nail polish!!!) (D) was clearly NOT HAPPY when I asked that she use the razor to remove the dead skin, and (E) literally dropped my food and said "Your done" and walked away when she was finished!! She did not remove the toe separators, she did not give back the polish I had bought in and did not even say goodbye! RUDE, INATTENTIVE, UNINTERESTED AND UNFRIENDLY! I still have quite a lot of dry skin around my heals, that normally would be removed at other places I go and feel like it was a half done job. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Not happy!! Had a manicure, few new tips and new gel- pictures tell itself. First of all manicure very sloppy, gel not finished properly (+didn't use the bottom gel that goes under the colour. Dot need it for acrylic but you do on your own nail), new tips look like shovel(not level and fine as the ones I've had before). All this happened probably because the salon was packed with people and they kept taking new ones on although there was no room- I was sat down behind the table 40 mins before they actually started doing anything). I wouldn't mind waiting and making an appointment but to pay full price for the job that's been done in rush and looks VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. Very frustrating and a total waste of time and money!!!
