I have been coming here for 4+ years and I LOVE this place. I love it so much I signed up for the monthly membership and it's worth every penny! I have had massages by many different massage therapists and I felt like a new person coming out of almost every one! I get there about 15 minutes early to jump into the eucalyptus steam room for a few minutes before the massage to loosen up, get the massage, then jump in the steam room again to relax even more, shower, pay and finally treat myself to yogurt land right next to this place. I fall off the map for about 2 hours and it's great! I tell the massage therapist what my problem areas are once he or she is in the room so they can work on it. I have had many spray tans before and always come out happy with my results for many years... Had one here today and was absolutely shocked at how it was applied hardly any touched my skin with a quick spray here and their over my body.. Walked out still Lilly white as when I walked in and for one of them to tell me it Develops over a certain time.... I should at least see or feel on my body.. After over 3 hours and there is still no difference... I'm extremely cranky and to still be charged... Never going back!!!! Read Less

I have been a regular customer of Len's for a few years now and for different issues - toothache, sore elbow, headaches ( including migraines ), sore back, neck and most recently both knees slightly injured and very sore from the gym. I have never been unsatisfied - not once. And I also recommend Len - confidently - to friends requiring some pain relief. Yes there is cardboard on the floor - for good reason and it has never bothered me at all ( I just walk on it ). Yes the little dog is in the room - I have never noticed a bad smell. Yes Len leaves the room for a break - totally understand and he does apply a good amount of pressure and he has always asks me if it's tolerable and even if he didn't ask I would let him know if it wasn't. Yes Len speaks with his employees during a session - quietly and never for a prolonged time ( small business owner ) - totally understand. When I am receiving care I am fully relaxed and have fallen asleep a few times. I always come out of the massage feeling much less pain than when I went in. I also understand that I may need to book a few appointments for total relief. I also appreciate that when I am in pain and call for an appointment Len is very understanding and accommodating in getting me in as soon as possible. I only have good things to say about Len Bauer's and wish I would've done so sooner. I have always been 100% satisfied and I highly recommend the Centre. Thank you Len and team! Read Less

The best!!! Ciara has been doing my waxing and nails for quite some time now! Every time I have had my nails done, I have always gotten heaps of compliments. Ciara did my make up for my wedding, and the photographer asked "who did my make up?, as it was was beautiful for the pictures.
