I had a gift voucher from Christmas that had just expired, it was only valid for 6 months, not a year like many places. I called and asked them if I could use it if I booked in at a time that suited them. They said Yes, and I went 2 days later. When I went in they changed their mind and said I could only use it if I paid $20. Talk about double dipping. Needless to say I didn't feel like patronising their business and will advise my friend NEVER to buy vouchers their again. She had bought 5 and none got used.

Firstly the staff are rude and treat the place like a pedicure factory, 'get you in get you out' with no enjoyable experience. I observed them using the same exfoliation sponge on 2 separate people, which is revolting! They clean the basin with 'glass cleaner' how that is meant to disinfect between clients I have no idea! Not to mention my paint job was awful, my 4 yo niece could have done a better job! Once my 'pedicure' was over, the guy just left completely and left me sitting there with foam wedges between my toes, I didn't know if I was meant to be waiting for him to come back or just leave? Then when you go to leave, the rude attendant at the desk says "$35", no 'thank you, have a nice day' I was completely disgusted in this place, pay extra and get a beautiful pedicure at a PROPER salon!!!!!

Terrible job my partner took my there for my first pedicure and was very disappointed with the end results. I've done a better with an angle grinder with less time. Plus my partner's 's nails are already flaking & bubbling on separate nails. Rushed job wouldn't think so being charged $125, will be demanding my money back.

This was the worst pedicure I've ever experienced! The whole experience was half-hearted and rushed. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it wasn't even busy! She failed to even use the 'peeler' or anything to remove some built up skin areas we tend to get and gave me a stingey 1minute scrub on each leg! Can't believe the lack of care and detail at this place. Would never go back!

I had a gift voucher from Christmas that had just expired, it was only valid for 6 months, not a year like many places. I called and asked them if I could use it if I booked in at a time that suited them. They said Yes, and I went 2 days later. When I went in they changed their mind and said I could only use it if I paid $20. Talk about double dipping. Firstly the staff are rude and treat the place like a pedicure factory, 'get you in get you out' with no enjoyable experience. I observed them using the same exfoliation sponge on 2 separate people, which is revolting! They clean the basin with 'glass cleaner' how that is meant to disinfect between clients I have no idea! This was the worst pedicure I've ever experienced! The whole experience was half-hearted and rushed. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it wasn't even busy! She failed to even use the 'peeler' or anything to remove some built up skin areas we tend to get and gave me a stingey 1minute scrub on each leg! Can't believe the lack of care and detail at this place. Would never go back!
