Most shocking nails I’ve ever had in my life. Twisted in all directions and lumpy. I waited over an hour after being the first person in the salon when it opened. I asked for natural looking nails. They are disgusting, poorly done, wrong application and shaping. Uneven and look tacky. Edges uneven and unfinished. They tried to charge me an extra $5 for some glam tip that they didn’t know how to prepare correctly as I wanted natural looking nails. When I questioned them, I was abused by the technician and the owner tried to say he was the best, what a joke. This is a terrible place that rips off people, aggressive unprofessional manner and untrained nail artists. They just want money, that’s it, no customer satisfaction. Be warned- Don’t go there, it’s not worth the money or stress.

After spending 2 HOURS in the salon and having different ‘technicians’ working on my nails at a time I couldn’t wait to finally leave and go grab some lunch. At first glance from a distance I thought my nails looked cute but after properly looking over them I’d been completely ripped off. I asked for a coffin shape and got fat squares, not only were these fat squares different lengths on each nail they had also been applied wonky. The nail polish was so watered down it had been applied about 4 times and caused such a patchy and uneven look and to add onto that there was black dirt stuck all over the nail polish at my cuticals. After realising my nails looked so bad I was embarrassed to have something like this on my hands and went back to jade nails (robina town centre) and asked for a refund or if they could redo the wonky nails etc. The manager told me my nails were fine and she would not be refunding me and if I wanted my nails redone I would have to pay another $50 for a full set. I wasn’t even offered a voucher of sorts (I would’ve been happy with a pedicure as I go there often for those). But after this terrible customer service and such a bad nail job I will NOT be going back here for a pedicure or acrylic set.

My girlfriends nails looked like trash and she spent at least an hour the afternoon of the day she got them trying to take them off. The were wonky. Different lengths and had dirt stuck to the nail polish around the edges.
In all would not recommend this place to anyone. Would probably look better if you got my 8 year cousin to do them to be honest.

This was my go to nail place for the last 4 years. The last three times I have recently been, it has taken an obscene amount of time to have any service done. Then when they will finally attend to you, it is rushed and not an enjoyable experience at all. Specifically I went tonight to get a pedicure. I sat there for nearly an hour and a half. The woman spent probably 5 minutes doing my pedicure. IT WAS AWFUL! I felt so uncomfortable, as if they didn't have time for me. I will not be going back. There are so many other nail salons in Robina Town Centre, don't bother with this one. I will never go back. ALSO - there were many other ladies sitting there waiting to get their nails done, we all were awkwardly looking around at each other thinking how pathetic the service was.

My nail polish lasted 3 days without doing anything special and R-U-I-N-E-D my nails.
I would def not recommend this place

Third time going here, the first time my acrylic nails lasted 4 months before infills and lost 3 nails, got the 3 nails replaced and infilled to have one tip break completely off only 4 days later and another 2 nails 9 days from getting them replaced (these were the 3 nails i had replaced) i went back to the store today to get them fixed and to complain to only have the owner laugh in my face, she said she would do my nails cheap to only walk out paying what i payed last time. While getting my nails done another 2 girls walk in with the same problem and were also made to pay full price for the replacement. My nails are all different lengths and shapes, i have lines all through the nail polish and very rough edging. I would not recommend this place as it is very unprofessional and owner is extremely rude.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. There was only 3 other customers in the store, and the lady doing my nails rushed my pedicure, totalling a 10 minute treatment time. My foot/leg massage was 10-15 seconds per leg, scrubbed my feet for about 10 seconds each and then painted the nails and sent me on my way. My sister got acrylics at the same time, the older lady doing them was more worried about getting her own nails ruined than completing the service. Before the acrylics were dry they rushed her out of the store, the man told her “You’re done” and ended up scratching the wet polish off, and refused to touch it up. To top it off, the man was sleeping/laying all over on the waxing table for the duration of my treatment. Wouldn’t recommend.

I can see that there are a lot of unhappy customers leaving reviews who seem to have every right to be mad at the service they received but in my case, I have to give credit where credit is due. The girl who did my nails did the best job I've ever seen... she very thoroughly made sure my nails were perfect. Just comes down to the individual staff member I guess.

I've been getting my nails done here since the opening of the salon, never had an issue with my nails. Always lasts at least 4 weeks before infills are needed and I get compliments everywhere I go.

First and last time. Never had such UGLY nails done by a so called professional. My acrylics look fat and thick and it’s still painful from it digging into the side of my fingers. The shellac colour I chose was the wrong one applied seriously. And last but not least 3 hours plus waiting time to get a simple acrylic. Understaffed, unhygienic, unprofessional, rushing from side to side.

Please finish the customers that are patiently waiting for your service before taking more walk-ins!!!

NEVER USE THIS PLACE! I had a pedicure and the supposed OPI nail polish chipped off in 6 days! When I went back to complain, they refused to repaint the nails, instead offering to do it for $10. Terrible customer service and will never be back and will tell everyone I know.

Most shocking nails I’ve ever had in my life. Twisted in all directions and lumpy. I waited over an hour after being the first person in the salon when it opened. I asked for natural looking nails. They are disgusting, poorly done, wrong application and shaping. Uneven and look tacky. Edges uneven and unfinished. They tried to charge me an extra $5 for some glam tip that they didn’t know how to prepare correctly as I wanted natural looking nails. After spending 2 HOURS in the salon and having different ‘technicians’ working on my nails at a time I couldn’t wait to finally leave and go grab some lunch. My girlfriends nails looked like trash and she spent at least an hour the afternoon of the day she got them trying to take them off. The were wonky. Different lengths and had dirt stuck to the nail polish around the edges.
In all would not recommend this place to anyone. Would probably look better if you got my 8 year cousin to do them to be honest.

This was my go to nail place for the last 4 years. The last three times I have recently been, it has taken an obscene amount of time to have any service done. Then when they will finally attend to you, it is rushed and not an enjoyable experience at all. Specifically I went tonight to get a pedicure. I sat there for nearly an hour and a half. The girl who did my nails did the best job I've ever seen... she very thoroughly made sure my nails were perfect. Just comes down to the individual staff member I guess.
