I used to come here regularly and was always very pleased with both the manicure and pedicure services. About a year ago I left very disappointed after a less than mediocre pedicure and just recently went back for the first time. Three weeks ago, I received the best SNS manicure I've yet to have. My only complaint being that the technician didn't shape my nails as I requested; however, the paint lasted three weeks. Today, I went in for the same service, SNS. The technician p...ut acetone with foil on one of my hands and then used the SNS removal packets on my other hand, not sure why she did the two hands differently? She was then extremely rough with the drill. I really don't understand why people use drills on natural nails. It can get very hot and painful. The technician went off of my nail and drilled my actual finger twice before I spoke up and asked her to be more gentle. She then started to dip my fingers without having pushed back or cut my cuticles so I asked her to do so. The owner, Kim chimed in and said they cut cuticles after with SNS? I have been getting my nails done religiously for 15 years including acrylic, regular polish, gel polish and now SNS, I have lived in three different regions of the country and gotten my nails done on all four corners of the US when I traveled for a living. I have NEVER seen a manicure performed AFTER polish is applied, that doesn't make sense. How can you even push cuticle back if polish is already on the nail? Just to reiterate, I was extremely pleased with the SAME EXACT services I received three weeks ago and then when I went to pay today was charged $5 more. I was in even more disbelief that the owner was sitting two seats down from me and heard me voice both about the technician being too rough with a drill on my NATURAL nail and not completing a proper manicure before applying polish. Terrible business with unprofessional staff. They made us pay before treatments when no other customers had to. It was discriminative and made us feel like they thought we would run away without paying. Will never be returning and wouldn’t recommend anyone to. The staff is friendly and my gel manicure turned out nicely. However, the person who did my nails was clearly in a rush and worked rather carelessly. She nicked me twice while fixing my cuticles and was overall rough in handling my nails. I bought my wife a voucher as part of her bday present and she was really disappointed. The staff were rude to her, then they were laughing and speaking in their language. He nails lasted less than 2 weeks. She went to rainbow nails near kmart and they were excellent. Read Less

I saw awesome reviews online about this place so I decided to try it out! I went in for the Classic pedicure. When I got home I realized my toe nails were cut in a slanted position and my feet still were scruffy, rough and had callus and dead skin all over them. WORST nails i have ever had. Polish began to bubble almost immediately and peel within the day. Quality is extremely poor! Staff wanted me to pay half way through application and were rushing to fit as many clients in as possible. If i could have given no stars I would have. Will NEVER return! Read Less

Quality of the nails are terrible. I have always gotten SNS nails. When I come here to get SNS nails, most of the polish has snapped in half. I went back and they basically said it's my fault that the nails have snapped, not anything to do with the fact they they did a very rushed and poor job. They wanted to charge me to fix each nail and they even wanted to charge me when I just asked them to remove all of them. The fact that the nails started snapping the day after I got them done, I am very upset that they made excuses and blamed me for their poor job. The man who checked me in was down right rude. I had called and made an appt earlier in the day and whoever made it did not put me down in the book. He said, "Just go sit down!" in a hateful tone. I was about to leave, but decided to stay and give it a chance. I'm glad I did! Vann wad wonderful! He was very personable and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I went to this salon for my birthday touch up. This nail salon looks amazing going in. Vary spacious and bright. The atmosphere is very light and relaxing. My specialist Marianna was very quiet most of the time. I got a regular pedicure and gel nails. My nails came out fantastic, however I was very disappointed with the pedicure. While she did a great job with my cuticles, she did not do a great job with smoothening my foot. She rubbed the pumice stone on my foot a few times and that was it. I felt my feet later and they were not the usual smooth (I get a pedicure at least once a month). I would return to this salon for a manicure but I would not get another pedicure with that particular attendant. Read Less

We have been here 2 times and have great experiences both times! My polish stays on well (pedicure) and they do a good job on my feet and they even have special things they put in the bowl each time to make sure your feet are not in a dirty bowl! I'm still trying to figure out what is so great about this place. I've had 2 pedicures here and neither one of them were great quality. The top coat changed to a yellow color a day or two after, and the nails were very poorly shaped. Staff here is not overly friendly as so many profess them to be. As a matter of fact as I was being serviced, I was sitting next to one lady and one of the staff members came by to ask her how did her visit go and if she needed anything. This same staff member looked right at me, didn't bother to utter a single word to me and just turned around and walked in the other direction. Sadly, quality is poor. Daughter's nail needs were cut in numerous parts, as their staff raced to handle numerous clients at the same time. Really annoys me to see so many bad reviews like I am about to do. It wasn't even a week and my nails are already starting to chip with shellac. They are now peeling off as one, which the last time I got them done in Brisbane, they took over a month and still didn't chip once. How can a business so poorly run still be open. I thoroughly enjoy the relaxing atmosphere! I'm not one for chatting, so I love that the aestheticians allow you to disengage and float away. They're always polite and offer complimentary beverages. Terrible experience. A lady who didn't know how to wax did an attempt at a Brazilian on me, ripped my skin and I had to go to doctors and on antibiotics. The lady pretended to know how to wax clearly had no idea, she also was unprofessional leaving the curtain half opened when waxing me for me to have to say close it. Also she had to cut wax off as she put it on too thick leaving me half covered in wax which I had to go to a actually spa to get fixed!! Would not recommend to anyone going here!! She also redipped the spatulas into the wax after using it on me multiple times which is very bad and could cause infections on others!Read Less

Soho Nails Spa is the best nail spa I have ever been to. Not only are the services the best around, with amazing massage chairs, the staff is wonderful. Kim and Vic, the owners, remember everyone who has ever come in, even once. They are the nicest people and make your visit pleasurable and fun. The staff follows the lead of their management, they are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going since they opened and it's worth the 20 minute drive. Two weeks ago they had client appreciation day, where they cooked all fresh and delicious Vietnamese food and had a huge buffet for their clients to enjoy! I highly recommend Soho Nails and Spa.
