Do NOT go to this salon. I have lash extensions for years & went for a refill. $120 for classic lashes that I had a massive allergic reaction to. Had to have the lashes removed & 2 days off work & medication & cream & my eyes are still swollen & burnt. This business uses CHEAP glue. When I complained, they showed zero compassion & refused to give my money back. There are so many wonderful lash extension businesses in Teneriffe/ Newstead. Don't waste your time or money at Top Lashes.

I visited Top Lashes for the first time yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The space is lovely and very homey, not at all like some sterile, clinical salons I have been to in the past. It was colourfully decorated with paintings and plants. This was the first time I had ever gotten false lashes and I couldn't be happier with the result. I spoke to Thao that I wanted a subtle look just to try it out and we decided on tinting my lashes and applying flares. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was very concerned about my comfort considering this was my first visit. She discussed a few other things the salon offers and we continued to have a great chat whilst she skillfully applied my lashes. I will absolutely be going back (and requesting Thao) for further treatments and will recommend to others highly.

I visited Top Lashes last Thursday to get extensions to wear for my wedding this Saturday. I was told by Jimmy that they would definitely last until the wedding in just over a week. Unfortunately, Jimmy himself didn't see me. I'm not sure if the therapist working with me is inexperienced, but although the lashes looked great when I left, they started falling out from one eye over the past couple of days. They also looked crooked and unnatural. My lashes weren't cleaned before... application and I'm not sure if this is why they didn't work. I'd been at work all day so they would have had some dust etc on them. Jimmy fit me in today and offered to fix them up. I was nervous about them falling out again though so just had them removed. Jimmy then offered to do a lash tint. I received a refund for the lashes after explaining I didn't get what I paid for, but this was not offered to me. I can see that all of the 5 star reviews are for Jimmy himself, so if you attend this salon I'd recommend you asking to see him. I went because of these reviews- I was nervous about getting them done and made that clear and made it clear they were for my wedding. Jimmy himself was professional and removed lashes carefully without damaging my natural lashes, but overall I'm quite disappointed. Ver más

Jimmy saved my lashes!!! I had the worst eyelash extensions done by an amateur (who I didn't know was an amateur) and as I was an eyelash extension virgin at the time, I didn't know any better. After the initial drag queen falsies were removed, I was left with barely any lashes on each eye. I wanted to cry but Jimmy gave me a new set of the most beautiful, softest lashes- they looked so natural and were so comfortable as they didn't weigh down my eyelids. Jimmy is so friendly and I very much enjoy napping on the table whilst he gently attends to my lashes. I couldn't be happier and will keep going back for my refills! ♡

My first experience with falsies couldn't have been better. Jimmy was so friendly and relaxing, and tailored the lashes to suit me perfectly. I absolutely adore them and will definitely be back!

Do NOT go to this salon. I have lash extensions for years & went for a refill. $120 for classic lashes that I had a massive allergic reaction to. I visited Top Lashes for the first time yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The space is lovely and very homey, not at all like some sterile, clinical salons I have been to in the past.
