APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I visited this nail bar a few times, enough to consider myself a regular. On Saturday I had a pedicure, and as usual, wore Birkenstocks to ensure my nails had time to dry. I noticed the nail colour in the bottle was almost empty - in hindsight this should have been a warning, as the nail colour failed to set. I wore my open toed shoes until evening - about 7 hours, before donning some ballet flats to go out. When I got home I saw the polish was still tacky, and had badly marked on my big toes. So bad, I returned today (my first opportunity away from work), to show the Nail Bar and to request a change of polish. The owner refused and said she gave no warranty - even though clearly the polish was old and could no longer harden on the nail. I was appalled that she did not accept any responsibility for the state of the polish used. So, despite being a regular, despite taking my daughter along on Saturday to spend over $100, and despite the polish clearly being to blame, the owner would rather lose me as a customer. Horibble. My wife has been there twice, only because its close to home. The first time they left her with an infection of the cuticle that required medical attention because they cut the cuticle too short. The 2nd time while trying to scrape dead skin from her heel they cut her heel so deeply that it bleed imediatley, then without warning they applied an unidentified ointment that stung so much it made her cry. Three days later she is in need of medical attention as her heel is infected again. Stay away from these butchers! Read Less

Just had the most relaxing massage of my life here!!! Have gotten manicure and beautiful gel fingernails Done hereand will come back to get my feet done and another massage!! Very reasonable prices too! Love desirable nails and beauty!!!! Xoxoxox Read Less

I think I walked away with just as much blood from my cut cuticles as I did nail polish on my toes. But the manager in charge did give me a discount because of this. With a number of other good beauty salons in the same area, I'm not sure if I would return. Read Less

I live around the corner and was happy to see this new addition  to the paddington shopping area. The place is very clean and usually there is not a long wait if you just walk in for an appointment. My first visit was for a eyebrow wax which was great and only $12. Compared to other of the expensive eyebrow wax places in paddington this was just as good.  My manicure pedicure was also great but would have liked a longer foot massage. While they did my nails and toes at the same time this saved on time but sometime I rather just sit and relax while getting the pedicure, they do have great massage chairs!! Read Less
