Worst manicure I’ve ever had, to remove the gel already on my nails a drill was used and filed down so much that I had to stop the guy and told him it hurt and not to use it, and nail bed was so expos...
Worst manicure I’ve ever had, to remove the gel already on my nails a drill was used and filed down so much that I had to stop the guy and told him it hurt and not to use it, and nail bed was so exposed then it burnt under the UV light when it was used to dry the new gel layer. Had to force guy to do an extra coat so the polish wasn’t transparent on my second hand, had to say it about five times even after he said no and continued to put a top coat over the hand I asked for an additional coat on, my friend then stepped in and said “it’s just another coat” until he reluctantly did it. Cuticles weren’t done properly, end job, worse than it i had done the job with my left hand, filed nails no shape and uneven, bumpy uneven polish, cuticles butchered. Extremely rude guy that did it, very intimidating and definitely didn’t feel like I could express my feelings about the end product while I was there, just paid and left.

Terrible service, will never return.
Came in to have SNS on hands and Shellac on toes and will never return. Firstly, the polish on my toes was not completely removed so the bright orange I had before was clearly visible under the new nude tone I selected. I raised this with the staff (who I think may also have been the owner) and he told me he couldn’t see it. He was an older man so I think his eyesight simply wasn’t good enough, or he simply didn’t care because it was very easy to see. He applied an extra coat and didn’t bother checking if I was happy with that. I wasn’t, because it was still visible.
For my hands, the colour he gave me was lighter than the one I suggested and even had a different number on the lid but he assured me it was the same. It wasn’t. I then also had to keep asking him to ensure the colour was going right to the edge of the nail as he wasn’t getting the edges. He finally finished and when I asked for a discount due to my disappointing toes, he was so rude and only offered me $2 off. It was only when I made a scene he offered $5 off (which frankly is not enough as I’ll need to get them redone).
Aside from my treatment, they had no concern for anyone’s time, often telling people to come back in 15 mins regardless of how busy they were or what they were asking to get done. Several people ended up waiting close to half an hour to be served. They also didn’t clean up after each pedicure so there was dead skin all over the ground from previous clients. Disgusting.
It has now been less than 1 day, and the top coat on my nails is starting to lift and bubble.
Very disappointed and not worth the money.

Waste of money.... They clipped my nails unevenly, did not apply enough coats of nail polish so it's streaky. The lady was cutting into my raw flesh when removing cuticles... When I told her it hurt, not apology, just a rude unhappy look about my comment. And I did not even get what you would expect for a pedicure. No removal of dead skin from heels and feet. When I pay a "professional" to do my nails, I expect them to do a better job than I could and this was well below par. Just seems like they want to take people's money and do a rushed, well below average job. I will not be returning to this salon.

I just got my nails done at Jasmine nails at the end of it I found that my nail polish wasn’t dry and it had a couple lumps and creases .i Pacifically asked for medium Length nails and they cut it short. at the start I said I would like this length of nailss which was medium length. he cut it way too short . The service was horrible because they knew how to speak English and when I was talking my friend he spoke another language and it was about me I know because we had Google translator on that whole time and we found out that he said he didn’t like me he was saying really rude stuff and nails we retarded so I rate jasmine nails a -0/100 Great you stuffed up my nails!!!!!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE TRUST ME IT ISNT WORTH YOUR MONEY AND TIMEEEEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunate, there's a very rude youngish man working here. When I came back a couple of days after my shellac pedicure, due to it being very patchy, sparce and the edges very messy he wasn't happy. The first time I came the young man was rude and angry and snappy, then when I came back they were again unhelpful, unfriendly and angry at me .... I was very polite and friendly ..... I won't ever go back here - despite my love of theses places and the usually wonderful staff who work here that I respect greatly and always treat with dignity. Such a shame :(
Got fixed up in the end but long after I was left with a bad taste in my mouth :(

The experience I had a Jasmine Nails today was anything but professional. Initially I came in to get shellac manni and normal polish peddi. The peddi part of the service was a joke - there was left over nail polish, my nails were not buffed and my cuticles were not done. I decided to cut my losses then and asked for the removal of shellac on my fingernails. It was the same; shellac still remaining on my nails. With that I decided I was done. They charged me $40 for that 'service' my nails looked better when I came in. What a waste of time!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had, to remove the gel already on my nails a drill was used and filed down so much that I had to stop the guy and told him it hurt and not to use it, and nail bed was so exposed then it burnt under the UV light when it was used to dry the new gel layer. Came in to have SNS on hands and Shellac on toes and will never return. Firstly, the polish on my toes was not completely removed so the bright orange I had before was clearly visible under the new nude tone I selected. I raised this with the staff (who I think may also have been the owner) and he told me he couldn’t see it. He was an older man so I think his eyesight simply wasn’t good enough, or he simply didn’t care because it was very easy to see. He applied an extra coat and didn’t bother checking if I was happy with that. I wasn’t, because it was still visible.

When I told her it hurt, not apology, just a rude unhappy look about my comment. And I did not even get what you would expect for a pedicure. No removal of dead skin from heels and feet. When I pay a "professional" to do my nails, I expect them to do a better job than I could and this was well below par. Just seems like they want to take people's money and do a rushed, well below average job. I will not be returning to this salon.

Unfortunate, there's a very rude youngish man working here. When I came back a couple of days after my shellac pedicure, due to it being very patchy, sparce and the edges very messy he wasn't happy. The first time I came the young man was rude and angry and snappy, then when I came back they were again unhelpful, unfriendly and angry at me .... I was very polite and friendly ..... I won't ever go back here - despite my love of theses places and the usually wonderful staff who work here that I respect greatly and always treat with dignity. Such a shame :(
Got fixed up in the end but long after I was left with a bad taste in my mouth :(

The experience I had a Jasmine Nails today was anything but professional. Initially I came in to get shellac manni and normal polish peddi. The peddi part of the service was a joke - there was left over nail polish, my nails were not buffed and my cuticles were not done. I decided to cut my losses then and asked for the removal of shellac on my fingernails. It was the same; shellac still remaining on my nails. With that I decided I was done.
