Truly awful experience with them waking my eyebrows- they were so unhygienic dipping into the communal pot of wax with a stick the was touching my face over and over again. I’m just waiting for the infection now. Also they have a 10$ minimum eftpos. Will not return.

Usually a regular for eyelash extensions but super disappointed that I was not told that I was paying $110!! I’ve always gotten $65 and she’s shouldve known by then..
They did not even last one week ...

They did not even last one week and it was a complete rip off, definitely going to a professional lash tech because my natural lashes have also fallen out 👍🏼

Came here with my partner August 2017, somehow I got talked into a pedicure, wasnt something I would normally do, however left feeling like a foot model. My partners nails looked awesome, high attention to detail!
The staff were friendly and the shop was super clean.
We will be back for sure!

Worst eyelash extensions ever! Used way too much glue so my eyes were stinging and red for days. Eyelashes all clumped together and ruined my natural lashes. It was clear the woman did not care about ...
Worst eyelash extensions ever! Used way too much glue so my eyes were stinging and red for days. Eyelashes all clumped together and ruined my natural lashes. It was clear the woman did not care about the quality, just stuck the lashes on wherever was quickest, not on individual natural lashes and just talked on the phone the whole time. The room also did not seem very hygienic, didn't even change the blanket on the bed between me and the next customer.

No happy. They have changed hands and the new staff are inexperienced. Got a full set done with polish. None of the nail look the same and ended up with polish on my fingers. Not going back.

Stay away! They don't sterilise anything between clients... Watched as they let another girl sit in my chair straight after me... And thinking she is lucky they I don't have foot fungus or something. ...
Stay away! They don't sterilise anything between clients... Watched as they let another girl sit in my chair straight after me... And thinking she is lucky they I don't have foot fungus or something. Same applies to all their utensils and drill bits.
As the lady said about them in a earlier post... suddenly saying their eftpos machine is "down"... They did it again demanding demanding cash.

Horrible experience today! Went and got a refill and new colour and they burnt every single fingernail with the drill, I was pretty much screaming and crying and they did not stop! Also their eftpos w...
Horrible experience today! Went and got a refill and new colour and they burnt every single fingernail with the drill, I was pretty much screaming and crying and they did not stop! Also their eftpos was down so I got cash out, I was told $35 and I confirmed that. Then I was charged $45. Not happy.

Truly awful experience with them waking my eyebrows- they were so unhygienic dipping into the communal pot of wax with a stick the was touching my face over and over again. I’m just waiting for the infection now. Also they have a 10$ minimum eftpos. Will not return.
