One star because they did my toenails well.
They did charge me full price after they damaged my fingers cuticle so much that even when I left the store I was still bleeding. I declined the polish due to the fact that my nailbeds were open and bleeding, and I showed them to the staff but they said no discount. That is fine, I understand, but bad reviews about poor customer service is the consequence of charging me the full rate. I would not recommend it to anyone. These places are not exactly rare, find a good one.

Terrible! just a coat of shellac , no fake nails or anything.. My cuticles were painted, the next day they are chipped and two thin coats you can see straight through. $35 - wasted and rushed in and out. ( there were girls sitting around doing nothing and only one other lady in the shop) Will not be back!

I went in today for a pedicure and met Jenny. She was nice, professional and not rushed. She did a good job. I've already booked to go back and see her again.

Been going here for years... if been to almost every other nail place... this one is the best by far... my nails never break, they always look natural... highly recommend them. X

Finally had a day off and wanted to treat myself to something special. Came in for a pedicure today and the entire process was so rushed. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. I really couldn't believ...
Finally had a day off and wanted to treat myself to something special. Came in for a pedicure today and the entire process was so rushed. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. I really couldn't believe how fast she was moving. As soon as she finished with the polish, she packed everything up without saying anything to me and moved on to another girl. Definitely not a relaxing experience and would never return to pay $40 for an experience like that.

This place does not put you in a good mood. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and treat you like you are an idiot for not knowing what kind of nails you want😑. Not happy and wont return.

Worst pedicure ever !! Hurried, rough and substandard. Honestly never had anyone rush thru a pedicure like the one I received at this salon(!)
I was jabbed, stabbed and generally hurt with which ever implement of torture the operator had in her hands. The speed which the staff member attempted to push back and trim my cuticles left me with 2 toes bleeding. She barely used the pumice to remove dry skin at all. Filed skin off tops off my toes when pretending to file the nails, and her attempt at a lower leg massage somewhat a joke it was so brief and non - relaxing. Couldn't wait to get the hell out of there.
Would never go back and would never recommend. Zero stars!!

They did charge me full price after they damaged my fingers cuticle so much that even when I left the store I was still bleeding. I declined the polish due to the fact that my nailbeds were open and bleeding, and I showed them to the staff but they said no discount.
