I visited the salon for shellac removal/application. They hacked my nails until they were paper thin to remove the shellac, then cut and filed them into an array of shapes and lengths. After raising my concern, I was shown my nail clippings as “proof” of how much had been cut off. When I explained they were filed short, I was told that was not possible. I was offered no apology and even after an attempted fix, I left with oddly shaped, uneven, damaged and short nails. I will never stray from my usual manicurist again! Read Less

Booked an appointment to get a shellac manicure done and it was a rush job due to it being NYE, they chipped on three fingers after two days and lost two gels completely after one week. Would not recommend. Read Less
