I have nothing but great things to say about Noosa Beauty. I’ve had around 5mths worth of regular appointments with the team here and have been impressed every time. I had the same beautician my first couple of times but changed an appointment and needed to see another technician, I was really pleasantly surprised as usually I feel a bit anxious changing from something that is working!! Please if you value what you look like, AVOID this place!! 😭😱 I just walked out from what should have been a simple eyebrow wax, with part of 1 of my eyebrows missing!! I have feather touch tattooing so obviously a very defined eyebrow line which should have been very easy to wax under. However the girl who waxed my eyebrows, waxed off a large area of my hairs that were growing ON TOP of my tattooing on 1 brow!! 😫😡 This also made it look sparse and dull in that area as it is only semi permanent ink where needed as I had my own hairs until they were waxed off!! I noticed straight away, showed them and they tried to deny any wrong doing and said that it must of been like that before!! I showed them a closeup photo of my face from the day before as proof that I had a full eyebrow before the waxing and they kicked me out, saying “it will grow back eventually.” I now have to go back to my tattooist to get the feather touch tattooing redone over that area at a cost of $350! 😤😡 AVOID ANY WAXING AS THE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I NOW DO!! 😫😭😱😡 Well that was a predictable response! I never said the waxing had removed the ink and am well aware of how semi permanent ink works! Your unskilled staff member waxed off my natural eyebrow hairs which grew on top of my tattooing leaving the area looking sparse and faded. This is the look that results from having no eyebrow hairs over the tattoo. I came to get a simple wax of the areas OUTSIDE OF MY TATTOOING being between the eyebrows and underneath my very DEFINED tattooed eyebrows! Why would any qualified technician wax off the hairs growing on top of the tattooing??? They are supposed to be there to give them a natural look! And why did she just wax off an area on 1 only if she knew what she was doing?? Nice try but photo proof is undeniable. I have photos of my eyebrows the day before and straight after the waxing and you can clearly see her mistake!! Considering that there were no “wait room cliental” when I made my complaint, you are once again trying to cover up your businesses shoddy and highly unprofessional work! If you call me being shocked and upset with you and your staff member due to them just waxing off half of 1 of my eyebrows “abusive” then that’s your opinion.... but I’m sure anyone that had just experienced what I had would have reacted the same way! Your business and your response is shameful!! Have some morals and own up to your/ your staff members mistake, as evidence is stronger than your weak denials! Anyone wanting to see the photos please contact me and I will send them to you so that you can make up your own mind but I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this business and don’t want others to go through the same thing! Noosa Beauty and Tanning is a lovely salon in a convenient location in the middle of Noosa, prices are awesome and service is consistent and professional. I've been going here for years to get my waxing done, and as a local I recommend Tara to my friends for excellent service at a great price. Read Less

Great location and a relaxed atmosphere. I'm not a salon goer and it was my first time getting a spray tan. Lynda and Tara looked after me and got me perfectly bronzed up for the party. When I was there someone else was getting a mani & pedi and they were doing a fantastic job of that too. I'll be popping in here next time I visit Noosa. Read Less

Absolutely amazing experience visiting this beautiful salon. The ladies are so genuine and lovely. They can't do enough to help you and ensure you leave happy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, as are the girls that work there. The treatments are high end and you'll leave feeling a million dollars and absolutely beautiful.
