Not happy one bit! Nearly lost my eye. The girl dropped the glue and it slashes all over my face, on my shoulder and you guessed it into my eye! I had to go to the optometrist and she had to scarf off some glue. I was given vasoline to try to remove the glue on my lip and eye!?? unhappy customer...Just had my nails done at this salon. I have been getting acrylic nail for the past 4 years and I have found this to be one of the worst places. The lady I had working on my nails was rude, she didn't say one word to me. When I asked her to change the shape a little as they seemed sharpe and harsh, she starting pulling my fingers harder and got a little aggressive.When I asked to have a base coat of colour and a glitter top coat, it seemed like she had an issue with it and again became aggressive towards my fingers.After she had finished the painting, it was rough and untidy. I had paint on my skin and acrylic over my fingers, this is not normal from my previous times of having my nails done.As my nails here drying she came up behind me and grabbed my hand and told me they where dry. I advised that they was not however went to leave. As I left I picked up my bag and my nails smudge. (I had not even left the salon)I asked her to repaint the finger that smudged, she them processed to be aggressive with my hand, not saying a word to me, she started speaking to a college in her own language, she then looked over and laughed. This was not professional and made me feel very uncomfortable with staying there and waiting for them to dry.Overall I'm unimpressed with the outcome of my nails and will not be returning to the salon to spend my hard earned cash. This place has horrible, horrible service and management. The staff lie and so does their manager David. Was overcharged for a pedicure. Went in as they had a sign indicating $30.00 pedicure, was charged the normal price. Went in and spoke with a staff member who said, it was only valid on the weekends, yet the advertisment was up on a Tuesday and no where on the sign does it indicate restrictions. Rang and spoke with the manager and was told he can do what ever he wants. Advised it was mis representation and false advertisment and he still stated it wasn't and he could do what ever he wanted to. All I wanted was the overcharge to be refunded or applied to my next service. Go here at your own risk and if you do, check the price before your procedure, when you pay and after you have pay. This is a family owned business specialising in your manicure and pedicures.  They've also added waxing and some permanent cosmetic services to their repertoire as of late, but i've not tried them yet.  Although it's always good to go somewhere and get your nails and toes 'done' at a what seems like reasonable price, I can't help but try and rub off why everyone always tells me these places are bad.  Sure, all the staff are vietnamese, but it's a family run business.  They are all qualified nail technicians and they all give what seem like a great service.  I usually never have to wait.  I've had my acryllics done here, my fingernails and toe nails prettied up here... they scrub down the spa foot baths after you take your feet out so it looks clean.  I'm still not convinced it's an overly terrible place, the service I've received has been average to good at best and the ladies seem to want to try and communicate with you even though you can kind of tell they don't speak very good if at all english.If you are on a budget, they have package deals and a vip card that gives you a discount after your 10th visit which is always good.  They keep the place clean, and whilst their massage chairs need a reboot, they don't ever do you wrong... or me wrong... yet.  Fighting those critics aside, I do like this place, and I have had this stuff done somewhere else, in a more 'western' salon and these guys do it better.  I'm not really game to try out their waxing yet, but i'd be interested in hearing from someone who has.
