Aweful work. All I got was a polish change and it looks terrible. I sat under the dryer 25mins ( I timed it precisely).... I had to go back an hour later because my nails were full of air bubbles and ...
Aweful work. All I got was a polish change and it looks terrible. I sat under the dryer 25mins ( I timed it precisely).... I had to go back an hour later because my nails were full of air bubbles and they look “caked on”. When I arrived she insisted that I was only sat under the dryer for 5-7 minutes. Which was a complete lie and begin talking in her language to the other employees.... so rude. Then she only repainted my thumb nails. I asked her to do more but she refused. As I look at my nails only 3 hours later I hate them and I’m pissed!!!! Don’t not waste your time !!!! How do you get a polish change wrong !!!!

My fave place! The girls do such an amazing job on eyebrows, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I also get a monthly facial and it is so worth it. Every month is different and totally tailored to my skin.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. The added touch of having herbal tea was not only appreciated by me but also another customer who was there when I arrived. Emily was fabulous. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly - not too little and not too much and with the wax I wasn't my usual jumpy self nor did my eyes water anywhere near as much as when I've been to other places. My facial was extremely relaxing and I almost fell asleep. I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thanks Emily and Haven Aesthetics.

Had an amazing custom facial and massage with Kayla and she was fabulous. So friendly and gave me great advice tailored to my skin and lifestyle. She was a joy. Customer service was exceptional. It has a great environment, very relaxing and a beautiful range of products. Excellent parking available as well. Would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be back.

I started my journey at Haven simply as a walk-in for some waxing, and since then I haven't looked back! Talking to Bec about a couple of skin concerns has lead me to completely change my thoughts on skin care and I am in love with their Dermalogica products! I am a total convert, and find myself (for the first time) telling anyone that will listen about their outstanding service, wonderful facials, and brilliant products! Attending the salon feels more like a "catch up" than an awkward treatment! 10/10!!

Aweful work. All I got was a polish change and it looks terrible. I sat under the dryer 25mins ( I timed it precisely).... I had to go back an hour later because my nails were full of air bubbles and they look “caked on”. When I arrived she insisted that I was only sat under the dryer for 5-7 minutes. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed. The added touch of having herbal tea was not only appreciated by me but also another customer who was there when I arrived. Emily was fabulous.
