Absolutely AWFUL!!! The most incredibly unprofessional establishment I have EVER been to. Not only are their prices stupid expensive but they do a terrible job! I think it is pretty pathetic when i can do my own nails and they look much better than someone who is supposed to be a licensed professional. When I went the other day not only were my nails not straight but the technician (Her name was Lin I believe) flied the skin off the sides of my fingers and made them BLEED!! ...When i said "uhm I am bleeding" she wiped the blood off (not gently) and tried to act as if it did not happen. I was still charged full price even after being injured! I walked out literally crying because my fingers were burning in so much pain. Later my fiance and I went back to speak with the manager/owner about the situation and he LAUGHED TO OUR FACE!!! He did not apologize, all he said is that he would fix it, but last time I checked you cannot just magically heal someones cut fingers. When I asked to see the license of the technician he said "I do not have to show you that". I find it highly likely that he refused to show us the license because she probably does not have one. I visited the Rivergate location on a whim when i was going to have to wait for an hour somewhere id normally go when im in town. I had one of the best pedis I've had in a VERY long time, thank you Tammy. Tommy did my nails, I went in thinking I wanted to get a full set & Tommy advised to just do the gel on my natural nails and I wouldn't have to deal with the damage to my nails when I was ready to remove them. He could have easily made more money off me, but was honest instead & did a superb job. I will definitely be going back when I'm not in Aiken, where I'd normally go when I take my grandmother. This spa was a little pricey, but worth every penny, pleasantly surprised. My friend and I decided to try out this nail salon and upon entering and leaving we were sorely disappointed. We had been seated in front of somebody else's rubbish, no one had bothered to clean up, the staff were very rude and dismissive and to top it off, they didn't listen to what we had wanted done. Flash forward four days, my gel nail polish has peeled off completely ( such a disappointment considering it cost me $40 for really just a glorified paint job, I had a manicure by the way) and my friends nails, she had acrylic and tips, have also snapped four days into having them done. This place has gone down in service and I'm so disappointed. Tonight I waited over an hour for a pedicure and it was blazing hot there. The woman doing my toes killed me and wasn't as enjoyable as you want your pedi to be. I told the manager at the end that it would be mice to tell a guest you have over an hour wait and he said nothing, just stared at me. Awful. Will not go back. Read Less

I have been to many nail salons here and overseas. Since moving to this areas I decided to try them out (4 times). Each time I attended I felt unwanted and not listened too. My nails were uneven and they filed my natural nails to just before the bed. My nails usually last me 3 weeks before needing a fill in. these ones started lifting after a few days. I now go to the other salon near Gloria Jeans and they are amazing! Read Less

I've been into the Rivergate location twice now, and not only is the salon beautiful and clean, the work the techs do is really great. Also, after my services yesterday, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet and the employees were very patient and accommodating in what could've been an embarrassing situation. My whole experience with nature nails was good, except for the fact that the man doing my nails filed very rough and too much on one side of my pinky and filed my skin.. other than that everything was good and my nails look amazing. Read Less

I loved that they are open on Sunday! But....I rarely write reviews and always give the benefit of the doubt in most situations. However, my first and only visit was disappointing. Just needed a simple manicure. The technician (a male - I did not get his name) was completely disinterested. He was distracted by other people walking in the door, particularly if they were young and cute. The massage of my forearms and hands literally lasted 15 seconds each arm. There was no attention paid to detail with my nails. The entire manicure lasted less than 10 minutes and was $15. I will not be going back. It is sad, because it is a nicely decorated salon, but the people running it need to understand customer service and leave their cavalier attitude at the door. Read Less

Wow, don't overlook this amazing place in Rivergate! I got a lot of care during my visit, helped my feet look & feel so much better. The place is gorgeous and very very clean and well kept. All the products are all great! The polishing was Kiara Sky, and my nails were completely dry & beautiful when I walked out of Envy Nail Spa. My expierence was the best from any other place I've visited in Charlotte, NC. :) Read Less

I love this new place. My pedicure was wonderful. She really took her time and did my feet with detail. I got the SNS pink and white nails. I will never go back to acrilyc nails. If I were writing this after my first visit, it would have been 5 stars. First visit was great! Choice of pedicure, great service, lots of color choices. This time, not so much. No choice. Girl couldn't figure out how to move chair up. Kept pulling on my legs (sorry, I'm kinda short, pulling on my legs isn't going to make them longer), felt a little short on time spent on my feet, sloppy when it came to paint. More paint on my skin than on my nails. While she cleaned up most of it, not all of it. Crammed my flip flops on without noticing that she smashed my wet polish to the sides of my toes. Sat me down at the dryer without turning the dryer on. I was so excited to come in based on my first experience. Totally disappointed. Only thing keeping this at a two star is that first visit.
