Love the new space. The people are always great. Found this salon a year ago when Mom was at Pruitt. Mom was still in a wheelchair but that didn't matter. You took such good care of her. Was looking for a new nail salon in my area..With the help of my goddaughter she found this place and said less give it a try because the rating was a 4.8 We were not disappointed..My goddaughter has been biting her nails since she was a toddler..She is now 14 and was wanting a French manicure..Even though she had only stop biting her nails for two weeks the young lady who did her nails was AWESOME!! We both left very satisfied with our Spa treatment.. I can say each person in the spa is about taking care of customers..I was happy with the service and I could understand EVERY question they ask me..A+ thanks Echo Nail Spa,my goddaughter went home feeling like a million bucks. I have been to ProfessioNAIL approximately eight times and I have never been disappointed. I always get the same service, Acrylic Nails with UV Gel finish which costs $59, I always leave satisfied with my impeccable nails. The set up of this salon is actually professional, they ask you to place your name on a list when you arrive mostly you are served instantly but sometimes you sit in the comfortable waiting area where you are able to select the colour you want and flip through (reasonably recent) magazines. The staff are friendly but sometimes there can be a bit of a language barrier, if you are new to getting your nails done and don't know the process this can be a little daunting as their are instructions you must follow, in saying that, more savvy patrons will always lending a helping hand if need be. I've never had a pedicure here, but while I get my manicure I do notice the customers enjoying a pedicure savouring every moment, that includes a leg massage by the looks of it. ProfessioNAIL is clean, consistent and has skilled nail technicians, Kim is my personal favourite! I can't imagine you'd be let down, I trusted them to do my nails the day before my wedding. As with most of this chain of nail salons the service can be a bit hit and miss.  Go during the week to get a little bit 'more' pampering as they are consistantly flat out on Thursday nights and weekends.  The girls however do welcome walk ins and I've never had to wait to long to get served.  I'd love it if they had consistant staff as some of the girls have been truly fantastic while others have been a bit ordinary.  Good for maintenance and the prices are okay.
