Whilst happy with actual nails and cost of service, not only did the lady slice open my heal whilst shaving off hard skin , she quickly put some blue liquid on it which stung but she said it was only because skin was extra dry there instead of apologising and owning up to cutting me. I could not see under my heal but by the time I walked two shops down the foot was bleeding all over my shoes and a kind staff member at the pharmacy a couple of doors down cleaned it up with alcohol and covered it with an antibacterial bandaid. Pharmacy told me to change dressing again tonight which I've done but hoping it won't get infected as it's very sore and has bled more this afternoon.
