Visited this place today( 2/1/2017) @ 1300hrs to do my nails from WA.
USA nails have Nasty customer service and this is how it happened...
One lady with her lovely daughter did there nails perfectly but during pay time she couldn't understand why they overcharged her.
She tried to ask in a very polite way why????but no one seemed to have proper customer service to explain.she got angry,paid and and said she will NEVER go back.
The worst is after the customer turned her back,she shamelessly started discussing the issue with other customers and staff which is totally unacceptable come rain,come sunshine.
I really felt bad as we all know it's every business duty to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied despite the situation.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT, "EVERY CUSTOMER IS WORTHY AND DEMANDS RESPECT .
Due to poor customer service am sorry to say I was dissapointed and will not visit your business again.
DISSAPOINTED.
