Visited this place twice in the space of a few months for shellac. I had the same young, disinterested girl both times. First time she cut me whilst trimming my cuticles and didn't even apologise. I bled for the entire time and some. She didn't prepare my nails properly, paint them nicely or get me to wash my hands after. The worst thing is my $40 shellac peeled off within 3 days. Same again 5 weeks ago minus the cut, my shellac peeled off in 4 days. Went back with peeled polish and got told they would need to assess my nails. I had shellac in London a few days later and it's still perfect 4 weeks later!!! I was not offered any refund or complimentary service. I will never revisit this place or recommend to anyone else. Bad service they don't treat people with respect I stayed there for an hour everyone went home at 8:30 and I got stuck in there with owners husband who knows nothing other then money. My nail Polish end up coming out well waiting for it to dry 😭 they didn't fix it and refuse to give me my money back i would not go there ever again. Read Less

The staff are very rude and don't listen to what you want and then don't handle criticism when you are not happy with the result. Will never go back there. Rainbow Nails down stairs is so much better.Read Less

Worst manicure of my life 7/12 completed by ? female manager. Said woman was more interested in her phone (no other female employees had their phones on the salon floor). At no point did she ask my to wash my hands after removing shellac with acetone and the electric nail file before applying new shellac. My fingernails weren't soaked or massaged with moisturizer before she trimmed my cuticles which resulted in her CUTTING ME. I now have a small INFECTION at the site of the cut. The "salon" also used these weird basin covers for the foot spas which get changed after each use. Such a waste of time and plastic as I'm sure this is stil more unhygienic than using a disinfect spray and a brush / cloth after use. Future clients beware!! I will NOT be returning. Read Less

Overpriced service, customer service lacking, my sister had to wait 20mins for a pedicure, even though we pre-booked. I have emailed them regarding our particular service and am still waiting on a response. There are heaps of nail salons at the plaza, avoid these guys and try the others!! Read Less

Totally disgusted in the 'service' that we received today. Appointments were made in advance for four pedicures & two simple nail polish applications for our young daughters before a family wedding this afternoon. After 45 minutes of waiting & despite being reminded by the Manager, neither of our young daughters had been acknowledged by staff, let alone received their much anticipated treatments. Meanwhile, multiple 'walk-ins' were attended to - one can only assume it was b...ecause these 'walk-ins' generated more income. I understand business, but it's very, very poor customer service. In the end, we took our disappointed daughters elsewhere and received absolutely no apology from Management.
