Unfortunately my first experience at this nail salon today was terrible. I requested a spa pedicure and manicure, the young lady doing my pedi was barely going through the motions, not doing anything thoroughly at all. Then , as soon as the nail polish was put on my toenails, I was asked to walk bare foot over the very dirty floor to another area. With my feet now filthy with hair, dirt and other peoples nails, a very poor and lacklustre manicure was started by a young man. I found myself getting quite upset so asked him to please stop, so I could pay and leave. I get regular pedi/manicures and this is my first bad experience. It is nail salon's like this that give the industry a bad name. Ann, you need to review the quality of service you are supplying, it just felt like a money grab with no care for quality of service or good hygiene. Read Less
