Horrible experience! I came in and the wait was told to be 45 minutes which was fine. I walked in and didn’t feel welcome, no one asked what I wanted or needed, nothing!!!!!! Still I stayed and told the lady i would go to the store and come back. I come back and still was not taken back for services. People coming in after me were taken back. No follow up on what was going on or checking on me, which any business should do if there’s an extremely long wait or services are taking longer than expected. This is THE BEST nail salon in the Charlotte area. It's a beautiful place too. I tried a couple other places. Big mistake! I really love this place and the nail techs are all very talented. They'll also offer you a drink. They have water, soda, beer and a variety of wines. It's nice to enjoy a glass of wine and relax with one of Sky Nail Bar's signature pedicures. I've been going here for many years and love it. The service is always great, the staff is nice and professional. Jenny is always very friendly and greets me by name when I come in which is always very welcoming. Everything is clean and sanitized. I always schedule with Kevin, he's very patient and anytime I've not been happy with the shape or color (which happens very rarely) he always changes it. Myself and my daughter enjoy coming here. I am very selective with nail salons to be sure everything is clean and sterilized. I bring my own kit and they do not have an issue using it which is great. If I had a suggestion it would be to offer some sort of military discount. Most places don't but it would be nice for an establishment to start. Read Less

I came to nail bar last saturday and was very pleased with my service. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would have given this a five star but unfortunately my nails did not hold up. I chose the sns nails due to the fact that they hold up to 3 weeks. It hasn't even been 2 weeks yet and my nails have already fallen off. One is completely off and the rest are barely holding on. Very disappointed as I don't get my nails done very often and would have loved it to have lasted more than a week and 3 days. My pedicure with the gel have held up amazingly. If i do come again, I definitely will not pay the extra cash for a product that doesn't seem to work. :( Read Less

I had to edit my review...Their work is good but I came in at 4:30 and was told a group was coming in at 5:30 and they weren't going to be able to service me, then the girl double checked and handed me the gel polish to choose because they would be able to service me... after 10 minutes they came back and told me to come back tomorrow...told them I was there today and wasn't doing that, then they tell me to come back in an hour....let's just say I'm not coming back and I have a $10 credit that will just go to waste!!!!
