The worst experience I've ever had definitely felt uneasy was treated with no customer service . I was told they closed at 7 upon arriving around 630 was signed in sat down giving polish to choose from but when I asked about mood changer polish I was told they don't have it they do nails there way I couldn't believe what came next and then i told I couldn't be seen BC it was 630 I wasn't there 5 min sat talking to him for the 5 min about polish its 635 and now they couldn't ...do it BC I asked about gel polish MOOD CHANGER that they didn't have and made it clear will not be getting I called before I went and was told they closed at 7 wasn't told I had to be there by 630 so if you sign me in sit me down give me polish to look at on top of telling me how much its going to cost you should have satisfied the customer. I own my own business and that's my main priority is satisfying my customers not making them feel unimportant . I really feel I was stereotyped BC I was a black woman I pray that wasn't the case but I truly feel that. I went for mani/pedi plus gel polish on my natural nail. The pedicure was great until he polished my toe nails a different blue than the gel nail polish. He also cut my cuticles instead of pushing them back which cause irritation the following week. The gel polish looked dull as well. I could have stopped him for cutting my cuticles but it wasn't until I was researching how to care for irritated cuticles that I learned that most technicians know to push them back but they cut them because the nail polish seems to "grow out" sooner than expected. Therefore you're spending more money sooner than expected. So I won't be going back. Although, I go once a month for a waxing and they do a fabulous job! Read Less
