Bad Service at Neo Nails: My wife has been coming here for over 5years. Today the manager and workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst shellac manicure she has ever had. The manager literally said “too bad, you’ve had the service.” My wife will not come back.

My SNS nails peeled off on 3 nails within a week. When I went back to tell them, they argued with me and said they'd only replace the ones that had peeled, meaning, I'd have to go back for a full set ...
My SNS nails peeled off on 3 nails within a week. When I went back to tell them, they argued with me and said they'd only replace the ones that had peeled, meaning, I'd have to go back for a full set the following week when they would all be peeling off. When things go wrong it's what people do about it so don't count on this salon for quality or experience. I won't be back again!

The 5* is for Amanda !! I loved her work , but I wasn't very impressed with the language I heard in there, for a minute I thought I was at a welder shop, a lot of bad words but I will wear ear plugs ...

My SNS nails peeled off on 3 nails within a week. When I went back to tell them, they argued with me and said they'd only replace the ones that had peeled, meaning, I'd have to go back for a full set the following week when they would all be peeling off. When things go wrong it's what people do about it so don't count on this salon for quality or experience. I won't be back again!
