Love this place!! Will do any design you bring in; very sweet and always accommodating! definitely busy so at times it can be loud but nothing too extreme! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Sound cliche for a review, right? Well, this place came highly recommended and had good yelp reviews, but we experienced the exact opposite. I called to make an appointment but did not receive correspondence back, so I rang in and they said a walk in was okay, but opted to make an appointment. Once we arrived, I let the front desk know I would like to purchase their Rosy Rose manicure for my girlfriend and that I would be ba...ck once it was done to pay since it was my treat (went for a beer down the street at Whole Foods). I received a text from my girlfriend letting me know it was done. When I arrived I saw my girlfriend looked a bit shook and disturbed. Apparently, it was chaos inside. One of the nail techs was in the back room having a complete meltdown, screaming at the top of her lungs and throwing/breaking things. While her tech went to go check on it, she asked if she could go outside to use her vaporizer (has stopped smoking cigs) and said it was alright... but then was verbally yelled at for going outside like she was running from the bill. No questions, just accosting her in front of everybody. Not only embarrassing, to say the least, but highly unprofessional knowing I had a conversation with the same person letting her know I was treating her... I arrived (noticed the place in disarray), paid and left. I was then filled in on what had transpired, I found out she did not receive the service I requested, but just a nail refill. When I called and asked for a manager, the front desk informed me they were on vacation. I guess when the cat is away, the mice will burn the place down... I was later contacted through yelp by the manager in response to my initial request for an appointment and let them know we would not be returning due to the horrible service. I went for the first time on Saturday. After having gone to another local nail shop to get my initial set and it lifting I was recommended by a friend to come to this shop to get what i really wanted. They did such an incredible job on my nails. I took a pic in and got exactly what i asked for! It was so worth the money. The shop is clean and they take the extra steps to insure a clean experience. I always get excellent service at Dash! They're fast and my nails last and look good past 2 weeks. Weekends are usually busy, it's allot more relaxing to go in the morning or early afternoon on a weekday. They are not cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. Paul and Tracey are the best! I I've been coming here for years and I never had a problem but lately every time I get my nails done they always fall off a week later. I don't pay $40 for my nails to just fall off. I loved it here always good environment and nice people but this isn't for me anymore. They lost my service. Read Less

I like this place a lot !! They make sure you are taken care of . They offer you something to drink and give you different choices of a type of pedicure you want or type of manicure you want.
