I go here every 3 weeks for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure and it’s always a good service. She always fits you in as soon as possible. And they’re all super friendly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The nail techs (if they can even be called that) do not know what they are doing, nor can they do nails to a decent standard.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The nail techs (if they can even be called that) do not know what they are doing, nor can they do nails to a decent standard.
One of the ladies there allows her young daughter to answer phones and give wrong information.
Do NOT go here if you want a good set of nails.

As a beauty therapist, I tend to maybe over judge a place when I go for treatments, but this place is utter disgraceful.
Terrible customer service.
Horrible employees.
Not hygenic.
Won't take comp...

Won't take complaints with sympathy, they just act like they have done nothing wrong.

Terrible. Went in for a manicure on Thursday. Got told that they couldn't do tips with SNS (which I have had done multiple times elsewhere) and settled with 'shellac' (gel polish). They broke within f...
Terrible. Went in for a manicure on Thursday. Got told that they couldn't do tips with SNS (which I have had done multiple times elsewhere) and settled with 'shellac' (gel polish). They broke within four days (on the Monday). Went to get them fixed, they then said they could do SNS with tips, so I paid the extra to get the SNS. They then broke two of my real nails, and didn't do the SNS properly. I've had to go home to file my nails properly so they didn't feel like sand paper, and put clear nail polish on a few of my fingers so then the powder from the SNS doesn't fall off. Then they didn't even last 2 weeks without cracking. Not worth $60 AT ALL!

They take walk-ins, (mind you the shopping center was quite for once ), friendly service, very competitive prices but most importantly a great job! Love my new pedi. Thank you! !! 😊
