My husband and son came into your salon for a cut on Friday that just went. What they came out with is atrocious. Neither of their haircuts are blended properly,y husbands nape area was never cleaned up, hair still left of the sides of his head instead of being cleaned up, pieces of hair longer where it is short, a massive chunk of hair left behind my husbands right ear. My sons hair will now require an all over blade to fix the damage from the fact there is no blending in th...e back and looks like you have somehow managed to take it shorter in some parts and not others. And his teacher seriously asked if he cut it himself. Both my husband and son have to get new cuts which we will be looking for elsewhere in ipswich. I just can't believe you could let them walk out like that and i just hope that whoever cut their hair saw what she did and maybe thinks to herself to maybe look at doing a refresher in cutting. I really love the organic colours as I have allergy to a common ingredient in normal hair colours. Theres no ammonia smell and the colours cover grey and hold well. The wonderful staff always make me feel welcome and do such a great job. Everyone I see there leaves looking like a million dollars. Sharlea makes a great cuppa and I nearly fall asleep when she rinses the colour out as her scalp massage is so relaxing. Shelley is an amazing hairdresser. My son Jake has been going to Peak-A-Do for almost a year. Shelley and the girls are fantastic. Jake has autism and finds it very difficult to have his hair cut due to sensory issues. Shelley is the only person I have found that can cut Jake's hair. She has a great heart for kids such as Jake and has a multitude of ways to get kids to feel comfortable while getting their hair cut, from chalk drawings on the mirrors or just bribing them with a trip to the moon in the rocket ship hair dryer.
