If I could give this a 0 rating, I would! I came into the store not long ago to get two broken nails fixed. Every nail salon I've been too charges at least $5 per nail which is $50 for a full set. I've never encounter in my life such rude service at a nail salon. I had a young lady with the worst attitude serve me. She straight up told me I needed a refill which I was happy to pay however the final cost of it all came to $70. A refill should only cost $30 roughly plus for myself the repair of the 2 nails, A total of only $40. But $70! That's more than a Full Set. (PLUS SHELLAC) I may as well ripped off all the fake nails & asked for a full set. After my encounter here, I went to my regular nail salon that was a genuine Professionail salon & she told me the lady I went to previously had purposely put the nail on pointed upwards not like a flat nail should rest. I will 110% won't be coming here ever again & I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! ALSO - A side note that after I payed, another lady at the counter forced me to sign up to some newsletter notification thing, after I said "No thanks" at least 3 times. Professionail is a great company & some of their stores are great with great customer service but this Indooroopilly Store has got to be ranked to the very bottom. Read Less

The customer service is poor overall, not friendly. Went with a friend who is also unhappy with her nails as the French nails discoloured after four days and the staff can only blame her for the faulty nails. We will not return and I will cancel my daughter's appointment also. They have lost three customers as the operators do not appear to understand that blaming the customer is very bad customer service. Read Less

Went there for my wedding nails today. The initial colour I wanted was out of stock but the manager recommended the colour I should go, turned out beautifully. I love that you get a barista made coffee to enjoy. I also received a bottle of wine as a gift for my upcoming wedding!! Love this place!Read Less

I've been there twice so far, the experiences were very disappointing. The first time I was getting acrylic nails done, the girl who did my nails was chatting with her college next to her the entire time, and she wasn't paying much attention to the job as the tips ended up being wider than the bottom of the nails. The second time, which was today, I went to get the acrylic nails removed and having my nails painted. The therapist poked my finger three times with the cuticle stick (something like that), and there're still residues left on all my nails. As for the nail polish applying part (which is supposed to be the easiest right?), before she put the colour on, a girl came to her and told her that her next customer is next to me. She sent me to the back of the room the second she's done two coats (it was semi-transparent, def needed another coat), and went straight to the next customer. I left after about 15mins waiting alone, and the nail polish never dried even after an hour. Had to get it removed and repainted it at home. Best service I've ever received at a nail salon :) Loved the complimentary coffee/tea/hot choc from Jamaica Blue. Got a mani and pedi, they did a really great, thorough job. They also did a lovely and long arm and leg massage (which you don't always get at other salons). Staff were friendly, I also noticed how big and neat/presentable and comfortable the place was. When paying, the lady said if I pay by cash I could get $5 off. Bargain :) Super impressed, will definitely go back. Read Less

I've been there this afternoon for the first time. Excellent customer service, with a hot drink for free from the Jamaica Blue Coffee. I had manicure and spa pedicure: they were really fast and professional. I really enjoyed the final feet massage. Really positive experience, I'll be back for sure! Read Less

I love this place Their range of colours are great, when booking you always get a coffee ☕ from the shop next door for free. The girls are always friendly and helpful. When something is done that you don't like as a custom they are always happy to change it, or fix your smudged nails after you leave.
