Just scraped in the 1 star lol, I like my colour but that's it!!!! A staff member made me bleed twice with a nail file. Wasn't immediately told about surcharges, and was treated like a child when my friend I had to get cash out as they do not have eftpos available. My friend and I came to this salon today and i will never ever come back. I was in to get a full set of acrylic nails which is listed as $40 on the price list and my friend was getting a refill which is listed at $30. To start the false nails put on me do not fit my whole nail so the sides of my natural nail are visible, to get my desired shape it was an extra $10 which was not listed on the price list and quite frankly day light robbery as it took almost no time, the nail te...ch that was looking after my friend cut her making her bleed and didn't stop, putting her at risk of infection. Speaking of, I saw the same files being used on multiple people which really makes me wonder about the hygiene standards of this place. They also made an error on one of her nails and said to fix it it would be an extra $5. When it came to payment I was charged $65 which was $15 more (because I agreed to spend $10 to get my preferred shape) than what i expected to pay and with no eftpos available made me and my friend take turns going to get cash out. To top it all off the staff manner was rude and Kitty was hostile. All in all, this is a terrible excuse for a nail salon and what should have been an enjoyable and relaxing experience with a friend turned out to be a horrible, uncomfortable and belittling situation due to the shocking unprofessionalism here.
