Looking for a nail salon that will have you jumping for joy? Look no further than Nail Passion in Pialba Hervey Bay!
As a company representative, I often have to wait around at different businesses to get a sale, and let me tell you, the wait at Nail Passion is worth it!
From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the happy and positive vibes all around.
One of the best indicators of a great business is the amount of time you have to wait to see the owner, and at this particular acryilic nail salon, the owner is always hands-on, looking out for her apprentices and ensuring the best possible experience for every customer.
Now, I haven't personally indulged in a full set of painted nails myself, but from what I can see, the nail art at Nail Passion is nothing short of modern and up-to-date. The store presentation is indicative of the type of work that is carried out. And with a staff and customer base that's always smiling and happy, it's no surprise that this salon is so popular.
So if you're looking for a fun and positive nail salon experience, head on over to Nail Passion in Pialba Hervey Bay. Who knows, you might just catch me there, secretly getting my nails done too!

Went two weeks ago had set on came home e two peeled off went back just Friday said look take it all off I'll get a new color so they did I was happy but rushed and came home one nail had big bubble in it very rushed wanted a manicure that didn't happen I felt like coming back and complaining was my fault for bad workmanship I didn't write a review then but now I am and going to another salon hopefully paying that few $ more but not rushed and treated better

Love lee the receptionist really made our pedicure better with her great attitude and personality. Love love love the new message Chairs.The girls Really got in and got the dead skin off.

The place is foul! Never clean. Lee is the only nice person. The guy that does nails does the worst job. Rush job is all you get.Treated like you’re on a process line.

The WORST experience. DON'T GO THERE. I was in town for a few days and needed nails done. Have had sns nails done heaps of times before at other nail salons in various places. This place was dread...
The WORST experience. DON'T GO THERE. I was in town for a few days and needed nails done. Have had sns nails done heaps of times before at other nail salons in various places. This place was dreadful. Lady on front desk was pushy cranky, rude to my daughter and smelt like an ashtray. They had no nail cards so you could see the actual colour. Lady stated numerous times that the colour you get is exactly the same as the powder colour. Having had sns before I thought that couldn't be true but this was a different brand so I accepted her word. Sure enough the pinkish purple tuned into a dark cranberry - just awful. The actual job itself was patchy with some smudges, only 2 dips in the powder and I was ushered out due to the next appointment before it was properly dry - possibly because I expressed my annoyance about the colour. Told the lady at the desk I wasn't happy and she stated "oh well you can get a different colour in about 3 weeks". If I didn't have to be at an urgent appointment right after I would have stood around and made a big deal of it and refused to pay. AVOID THIS PLACE. Not professional and also VERY DIRTY.

Very disappointing. Towels were filthy and not changed between clients, the floor was a graveyard of discarded fake nails and nail dust. Whole place was dirty I felt I had to rush home and clean up afterwards. The mani and pedi I had were a very half hearted job. I could have done a neater job of painting my own nails and I would have put more than one coat of colour. No cuticle oil applied at the end.

I have been going to nail passion on and off for about 4 years. The staff have always been very polite and accomodating. I recently switched from gel nails to the new S N S system and i am so happy with them they are the bomb. I find the prices comparable to most others in the market place but i love going to this salon its friendly and relaxing and my nails always look fantastic in fact i'm going in today for an infill .thanks ladies and gents for doing such a great job

As a company representative, I often have to wait around at different businesses to get a sale, and let me tell you, the wait at Nail Passion is worth it!

Very disappointing. Towels were filthy and not changed between clients, the floor was a graveyard of discarded fake nails and nail dust. Whole place was dirty I felt I had to rush home and clean up afterwards. The mani and pedi I had were a very half hearted job. I have been going to nail passion on and off for about 4 years. The staff have always been very polite and accomodating. I recently switched from gel nails to the new S N S system and i am so happy with them they are the bomb.
