I would give this place no stars if I could. I made a booking here for 10am online which I received a confirmation email specifically saying 10am. I went all they way there and arrived at 9:55am. They then told me I was late and they couldn't do my appointment. Turns out they had booked me for 9:45am. The staff were unapologetic for their mistake and tried to make it seem like I was the one that was wrong

A massive thank you to Loretta and Tracey for their exceptional work making my bridesmaids and myself look and feel beautiful on my wedding day in July! They came to our hotel in Rainbow Beach and the girls and I had a really fun and relaxing morning getting ready together. They were both so friendly and fun, yet professional and did an amazing job with our hair and makeup! It lasted long into the night, even through all the dancing. I would highly recommend La Mode!!

I am over-joyed with the outcome of my eyebrows being tattooed today. Thank you l have beautiful shaped eyebrows at last as l plucked mine in the late 1970's when thin eyebrows were in. I virtually had no eyebrows for years = very unattractive. But now l look like a brand new woman with more confidence. Thank you La Mode. Have it done and see the difference. Also l am a regular with my hair appointments with Courtney, my hair is modern and looks so professional and pretty. I adore this Salon, the best by far. From Judith Dix
