This hole in the wall is a hidden gem. I would encourage you to not judge by appearance and instead judge them by their work. The team are sweethearts and take great care in their work. The experience here makes me feel like it was worth every penny, but more importantly the nails lasts well. I genuinely enjoy sitting with these guys and don’t feel like I’m being pushed through and assembly line as other places tend to make me feel. Also, their colour selection is amaze. Found this little gem on Google and it lived up to the great reviews. I am pretty fussy with my nails and these ladies and gentleman were fantastic. I didn't have to grab the nail file off them and redo my nail shape, I didn't have to tell them to stop being rough with the towel and be careful not wipe my fake tan off, I also didn't have to say pls can you do a third light coat of polish. All of it was done fabulously without any corrections or comments from me. They were quick but they were thorough.. they even had the smarts to tell me not a good idea when I (pregnant) asked if I could have the massage chair on. My husband got a manicure too and he also thought the guy doing it was very thorough and lovely. He offered for my husband to sit on the massage chair with his feet in the water whilst he waited for me to finish. Thanx guys, will come again when back in brizzy.. Read Less

I was in and out within 40 minutes not only that the atmosphere and the customers in the salon were fantastic. Went here a month ago with my sister in law from the UK. The salon was going to close soon but were kind enough to allow us both to come in at such short notice and get pedicures and manicures done before they finish up for the day. Didn't really feel that welcome when we showed up. Almost like we were an inconvenience but hey, money is money! Staff looked miserable, especially the ones doing our pedicures who barely spoke a word and would tap at our feet like we were dogs or something. Quite rude actually. There was one woman though who was quite friendly than the rest to be fair. Not sure what her name was but was happy with her work attitude. All in all, the pedicures were good and we were happy with how they looked in the end. The manicures were horrible and rushed. My sister in law still had left over colour (red which is very noticeable) from her previous shellac on the all the edges of her nails and had to ask them to remove it after they were done! It wasn't until after we left that I noticed on my own hands that some of my previous acrylics were still left on my nails and not removed properly. It makes me wonder if that's why they kept pressing me to do shellac on my fingers, so that it could be hidden but who knows! Don't want to accuse. Couldn't have gone back after we left for them to remove it properly because as soon as we walked out, they all amscrayed out of there like they couldn't wait to leave. Not a good look for any business. I won't be going back. Sticking to my Professionail nail salon - because, you know, they actually are professional. But I hope other people will have had a better experience there, truly. I guess we weren't so lucky. Read Less

I will never be returning. Pedicure was rushed and nails were cut crooked. Infills were being done by Sue which was really good but quickly handed over to a trainee who filled them to all different heights and shapes, thick and gloopy shellac nail polish job. All in all pretty unhappy. I thought it was also really strange how all there tools seemed to be dirty and old (i.e the nail files looked extremely warn and grimmy). Other salons have there tools in plastic cases once disinfected i was genuinely worried about an infection the whole store seemed dirty. Read Less

Having been going to desirable nails for over six months now to get a mani done. Staff are great and sue is hilarious, always making the salon buzzing and alive. I always look forward to my half hour pamper and entertainment session down there! Highly recommend Read Less
