I went to Deluxe Nail Spa for the first time today. I was a little hesitant due to the previous review but was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and did a fantastic job on my nails! They made sure upfront I knew how much it would cost and what the cheaper option was for me without me even asking. They also helped me chose the appropriate colour and made sure I was happy with nail length etc. I would recommend them to everyone and have told everyone in my office to go there! Very happy :)

I went here yesterday and got the best fullset I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been getting my nails done for four years now and until I was served by one of the men who work here I’ve never had such a pleasant experience! He knew exactly what I wanted when I described the shape, and had amazing attention to detail. All my nails are perfectly shaped, a perfect and consistent thickness and I barely even had to ask! Will definitely be making him my regular nail dude 💅🏻

I am absolutely disgusted. I moved to the Emporium 7 months ago, and have used this place the whole time. Initially, they charged me $90 for acrylic and a pedi, then it was $110, yesterday they charge...
I am absolutely disgusted. I moved to the Emporium 7 months ago, and have used this place the whole time. Initially, they charged me $90 for acrylic and a pedi, then it was $110, yesterday they charged me $125 for the exact same service, no explanation, no asking me or telling me, they had some random cleaner charge me (non of the ladies even came to say thank you). I was there for a fill in and pedi, I called and asked for the appointment, they did the pedi 1st which took 40 min's, then they did the fill in... I was there for over 2 & 1/2 hrs WOW!!! Then they charged me $125. I don't know about you but my understanding is that people usually give discounts to loyal costumers, not charge them more.
I am very disappointed, and I would have said that to the owner had she not gone hiding just before I was paying the bill. Disgusting!
Oh and btw. I had to have my nails redone, somewhere else.

The lady who did my nails was so sweet. She took the time and detail to make sure my nails were perfect both with shape, colour and small details like making sure that acrylic was not too thick and chunky upon refill (huge bug bear of mine with most salons) the service and result is better than I have experienced from any other salon before.

Second time I've been there in the last month and am very impressed! I am fairly rough with my hands, and these ladies were able to fix up my snapped acrylics perfectly. The best part was that I didn't feel rushed while I was there, and they really took the time to do what felt like their best work and cater to what I wanted. Ontop of that, the manager remembered me from the previous time I visited and made time to sit and chat with me.

I was after a manicure and pedicure, I was enjoying getting my nails done, until they took me over to get my pedicure, (a different lady took over doing my nails) by the end, I had to get her to re do 3 of my nails! After she just layered them in gel trying to "fix" it.. The tips looks horrible, she hasn't taken the nail polish over the end of them, looks untidy, I have gel under my nails still.. not good enough for the prices you charge, sorry! Dissapointed.

I purchased a gift voucher from Deluxe Nail Spa for $100 as a gift for my partner on 04/05/17. Upon purchase I was told that the voucher was redeemable in store and that in the instance of loss, I was told to present detail of the transaction and speak to the store manager for a replacement voucher. Unfortunately the gift voucher was lost, and I attempted to contact the manager directly on 03/06/17 via the business' Facebook page. I didn't receive a response, so I visited the... store in person on 04/06/17 to speak directly to the manager Jess. I had the original receipt, transaction detail, and made note of the fact that the gift voucher had my partner's name written on it. The manager refused to honour the gift voucher and stated that the store is not responsible for lost gift vouchers. The store's policy of replacing lost vouchers is misleading and deceptive. They didn't even offer a discount, reimbursement, or simple apology for giving deceiving info regarding their gift voucher policy. Poor service. See More

The best I've ever had my acrylic nails done!! Not too thick, professional and totally perfect. The staff were friendly and tailored to my every need possible! They were patient and ensured to give me everything I wanted. Cost $50 which is a little more than your average acrylic set, but 100% worth every penny. Will never go anywhere else again :)

I went to Deluxe Nail Spa for the first time today. I was a little hesitant due to the previous review but was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and did a fantastic job on my nails!
