Been getting my nails done for years and this place is horrid. First time was ok but wonky nails. Second time I got told to come back in 20 mins which I happily did to then be told 30 more minutes... man didn't remember my face I told him I already waited 20 mins to be told they let other in so sorry. Third time for a nail fix and they did the dodgiest job, wonky again gor attitude from two ladies, not willing to help me find a colour to match my broken nail. Just take some pride in your work and show some customer service. Very sad can't find any good nail places out this way!!! I will continue to travel to the city for a decent nail job and an actual smile and nice service. Read Less

This nail salon is great! They definitely make you feel comfortable and wanted. Some of my other experiences at other salons have been awkward due to the staff, but this place feels like I am visiting friends. We drive several miles to get our manicures and pedicures from Classy Nails. I have been to several different nail places in Wilmington, with several doing a great job. The difference is, Matthew, Cami, Selena, Danny, and the rest of the crew always make us feel so welcomed. They do a fantastic job and you just can't beat the experience. First time going to Classy Nails. I googled best nail salons in Wilmington and found their Facebook page. I drove 30 minutes to get here in need of a good nail salon. I made an appointment for 10:30 and wasn't seen until 11:15, due to short staff. Everyone who worked there made it a point to update me about how much longer and what was going on and when I would be seen. Once I was seen by Matthew, he so was friendly. Normally nail salon chats (for me) seem a bit forced and aw...kward but he was so easy to talk to and friendly. Also, when I see something I don't like usually about my nails, usually I don't like to mention anything, but he asked me several times to please let him know if I wanted anything fixed and it would be no problem. When I mentioned one of the nails was a bit off, he was happy to fix it and thankful I said something. He even told me if anything was wrong with my nails after I left to come back and see him and he would fix it. Cammie (I believe her name was) was also very sweet and helpful my entire I had such a pleasant experience at this place. The only downside to a pedicure is the massage, some times it would be nice if they just rubbed your feet and legs for a little longer rather than rushing it, and also make sure that you take off all of the dead skin from the cracked heels. Read Less

In the past, I normally don't get my nails done much I only had them done a few times. But I chose to check this place out today as I was needing a pedicure super bad. This place is absolutely professional, they didn't hurt me once. They done the job in a professional manner and they were super friendly. I will definitely be going back again. Everytime I go here I hardly ever have to wait for long and most of the time this place is crowded with people. The service is pretty good although I don't appreciate how they just kinda leave you without letting you know whats happening next. But on a positive note my nails always look great! I unfortunately am just getting out of the habit of biting mine but no matter how small my nails seem to be they always have no issue in doing fakes. Plus my nails look amazing afterwards!
