I have been a loyal customer since the shop opened. Mimi has always done my gel nails . I had my gel nails removed about a month ago, which I trusted the technician but little did I know he did not know how to take off the gel nails but manicured it to look nice. Weeks later, my nails look like I needed a fill. I went back to get a mani, pedi and eyebrows wax. Upon arrival, I informed Mimi of the services I needed. The technician that did my pedi was inexperienced. I had to t...ell him to put the blue sea salt in the water etc and he had an attitude. After the pedicure, Mimi totally ignored me after I waited over 15 minutes, she rudely told me to come back another day. I went back the next day to speak with her, she again ignored me and Henry ( her husband) spoke with me in private of course justifying that “Mimi has a lot going on”. There’s no excuse for rudeness especially when dealing with the public, you have to be professional. Since her clientele has increased, her attitude has gotten WORSE! Really really disappointed because I had people rave about this place. I got French tip gel manicure. The white polish is bubbly and they overcharged me. Everyone else was offered a drink but me and the artist kept messing up. My nails look like a Pinterest fail and now I’m out $40. I won’t be going back. Read Less

Seriously the WORST nail place! Spending $30 on a full set with white tips. You can still see my nail underneath where he didn't put the tip down far enough because the tips were to small. One is crooked..Less then a week one has come off, five are lifting and one is barely hanging on by my real nail!!! I went back An I had to pay for him to fix? I've been going to sexy nails in concord for about 3 months and I've been getting the SNS service as I have allergic reaction to liquid and powder gel and acrylic powder nails. Up until today I was satisfied ..... I went in the guy I normally see wasn't there is should have known better but I was only getting a fill so I didn't think it would be too bad.... they used the dremmel to take the shine off I told them I would like them trimmed shorter they did my right hand and the...n after they had done one hand the manager came up to me and proceeded to tell me that before they started doing my nails the price would be double what I usually pay well by this time my nails have not only been filed down one hand is now shorter than the other hand so now I am at home and I have to soak off the product myself I'm am so very disappointed don't ever go there I know I won't be going back and I will make sure that no one I know will give them business either .......
