This shop was good unti a young male got left to manage it. I had long strong nail up until 1 week ago. I now have no nail beds as he filed away and had no idea when the acrylic was off. The tips on my natural nail are that thin they have all peeled off! 2 weeks training was provided before he was left in charge, also no certificates. My nails are now a sore mess. Very unhappy! !!! I had a lovely facial here by Evelyn, something I hope to treat myself to now and again. The room had low lighting, nice music, gorgeous smells, and Eveylyn was informative about my skin too which I have taken the comments on board. I popped in the week before Christmas, I went have gel nail varnish ( beautiful red glitter for the week that was in it) . First off girls are fab I called on the fri morning and they not only managed to squeeze me in but gave me advice on how long I would need a babysitter ! I also tried out the oxygen pod whilst there and have to say it was amazing . I have recently had a baby where i suffered spd and also have arthritis and all my aches and pains where gone after just half an hour I felt like i had spent the day at a spa so a perfect treatment for a new busy mummy !! The team here did my make up for myself, 3 bridesmaids and mum on day of my wedding and it was just brilliant. They were so welcoming and we had our own room decorated so it was really special. I had also been getting facials here for last few months which were always excellent. We also got tans and nails done for the wedding also. I can't recommend them enough every member of staff have always been so pleasant, friendly, helpful and just generally interested in the individual. I attended the Salon today for the first time and I was very impressed with this place/ service. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ive had 10 year younger facial from girl( cant remember name) who was extremely professional from the minute I walked in. Really enjoyed my time in Body Beautiful, I will come back.
