I have been to several nail shops in Townsville and prefer this once since my regular store was shut down. They do the best job for both hands and feet in my opinion and Dee and her staff really take care of me all the time without fail. Happy costumer right here.

The store is beautiful, warm and welcoming. Conveniently located across from K-mart and other stores you may need at that time. However, the manageress did not listen at all was very abrupt and forceful against what I requested for my younger sister to have and we left feeling unsatisfied.

I have been attending Nail Lover since they opened, I have nothing but compliments for the owners, staff and service.. I highly recommend any one I know to attend for an experience that is relaxing and price reasonably. Marianne and Michael will go out of their ways to help you and make you feel comfortable. I have been going there for many years and will continue to do so.

Heard many things about this place as I usually go to the one at Sunland Plaza. Ok experience and was reasonably priced. Can bit a bit rough as they pull and grab at your hands. Only been 1 WEEK since I had them put on and 2 have fallen off!! I won't be returning.

Not interested in what the customer wanted, didn't listen at all, just commanded my daughter to sit & did her nails without listening or asking what she wanted.Very rude dismal service.
